- Former WWE and TNA star Tyson Tomko was arrested for burglary in the early hours of this morning. No more details are currently known.
Tomko left TNA in August 2010.
- According to his Facebook page BG James (formerly Road Dogg during his WWF run) has jumped ship and signed a deal with WWE. He wrote:
“Ok guys,if you dont know already,here goes;I have recently been hired,on a trial,6 week period,as an agent/producer with the WWE.Its the job Ive wanted and prayed about for a while now.He answered my prayers and now its my turn to repay Him w/my service.God bless you guys and have a great evening!”
- WWE Diva Eve Torres will be appearing on Nickelodeon’s BrainSurge this coming Thursday, and will face a “sliming”.
- Things aren’t going too well for former WWE Diva Sunny (Tammy Sytch), who appears to have “fallen off the wagon”.
She missed an Indy appearance last weekend due to intoxication, first writing online that she was “very sick”, and then later stating “detoxing is not fun”.
Sytch needed help getting to her room on two consecutive weekend events.
“I want to thank everyone who stood behind me and sent well wishes during this hard time,” she wrote. “Im sorry I havent responded sooner, but depression can be a bitch….dont feel like doing much at all…”
It appears the issues stem from a tough break-up with her partner of over 5 years.
“To everyone: let me explain why Ive been so upset lately. I have made the biggest mistake of my life, and have hurt the only person who ever cared about me and stood behind me thru my worst times. Now I have to deal with the pain b/c of my own mistake.”

- Lucha Libre star Jose Alberto Loera, known as “El Voltaje” or just “Voltage” in the ring, was arrested on Tuesday after he was accused of being one of the four members of the Zetas drug cartel who planned an arson attack that killed 52 people in a Casino. It was believed to be a case of extortion.
- In the ticket section of WWE.com where fans can upload live event photos, somehow a nude image of former Diva Tiffany got through the filters. The whole page has been taken offline, presumably while they make it more secure.
- This year’s WWE Tribute To The Troops will be taped on Sunday, December 11th, 2011 at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
- Former NXT star Lucky Cannon noted on Twitter that he’s meeting with TNA’s Jeff Jarrett. He wrote:

TAMPA - WWE wrestler Jimmy Uso was arrested for driving under the influence early Thursday, Tampa Police said.
Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, was pulled over at the corner of Howard Avenue and Platt Street. He was arrested at 3:14 a.m.
Tampa Police say an officer "observed the defendant traveling the wrong way on Howard Avenue in a silver Mustang."
According to the arrest report, Fatu's blood alcohol level (BAC) was .180. That's more than twice the level (.08), at which a driver is assumed impaired, under state law.

- Things have gone from bad to worse for the Hardy clan. The latest in the saga is that Matt Hardy has turned himself in on drugs charges following a raid on his home last Wednesday.
According to TMZ Matt’s model girlfriend, Reby Sky, was worried he “was strung out on pills and needed help,” so dialed 911 and led police to a secret safe containing several prescription painkillers, 20 vials of anabolic steroids and some ecstasy. Matt wasn’t home at the time of the search so they couldn’t arrest him on the spot, but he turned himself in yesterday.
Hardy has been charged with “possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule III controlled substance (anabolic steroids), possession of schedule I controlled substance (Ecstasy), maintain a place to keep controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
He was released from the Moore County Detention center on promise to appear in court later in the month. This news comes just days after Hardy was charged with DWI for the second time in less than a month.
- In an interview with Sports Vibe UK, TNA’s Jeremy Borash stated that the company is planning to run shows in Japan and South America. Here is the video:
- Jerry Lawler was hospitalized following Monday’s Raw after his spot with Mark Henry went wrong.
During the segment where Henry slammed him on the announce table, Lawler’s back took undue trauma because the company failed to “gimmick” (weaken) the table in order for it to break easier.
It’s not clear whose responsible for the error.

Matt Hardy Arrested Again On Drug Charges: Steroids & Ecstasy Found

Former WWE and TNA star Matt Hardy announced on Monday that he's going to rehab, but it's been revealed today that he was arrested once again last week (9/14) after his home was raided and illegal drugs were found.
Hardy, 36, has been charged with possessing a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, possessing a controlled substance, maintaining a drug dwelling and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a release today from the Moore County Sheriff's Office.
The search at Hardy's home on Sept. 14 turned up 20 vials of anabolic steroids, the drug MDMA (Ecstasy) and $1,961 in cash, the release said.
In case you are losing track of all Matt Hardy's arrests, this is the third time Matt Hardy has been arrested in less than a month.
Hardy was released today on a written promise to appear in Moore County court on Thursday.

Matt Hardy's Girlfriend Denies Being Arrested For Reckless Driving

Matt Hardy's girlfriend Reby Sky (real name Rebecca Reyes) has responded to online reports that she was recently arrested and charged with reckless driving. Sky tweeted on Monday afternoon @RebySky:
"So now there's a rumor that I was arrested this week?" she wrote. "Hold on, let me double check... No.
"I got a speeding ticket rushing to the hospital to get Matt earlier this week. That's it. God, you people are insane."
The original story in the Wrestling Globe Newsletter stated that she was arrested on charges of reckless driving, reckless endangering, and speeding.
The North Carolina court system website states that Rebecca Reyes was charged with reckless driving to endanger and speeding. She is due in court on November 2nd.

Matt Hardy's Girlfriend Reby Sky Arrested For Reckless Driving

Rebecca Reyes (a/k/a Reby Sky), the 25-year-old girlfriend of Matt Hardy, was recently arrested and charged with reckless driving, reckless endangering, and speeding charges.
Reyes, who hosts Lucha Libre USA on MTV2, is scheduled to appear in court on November 2 in Carthage, North Carolina.
This is not the former Playboy model's first run-in with the law as in 2008, she was sentenced to 12 months' probation, a $500 fine and 48 hours of community service after resisting arrest when she was pulled over for a broken tail light in December 2007 in Tampa, Florida. While the officer was writing her ticket, Reyes got out of her truck, and refused to get back in when asked, instead allegedly accosting the officer who had pulled her over and another that had arrived on the scene. When Reyes attempted to turn the confrontation physical, she was thrown to the ground and arrested.

- Following Jeff Hardy’s recent court case, more details have been released surrounding the circumstances of his arrest. It turns out Hardy met with a fan in Florida named Thomas Ray Cruz in September 2009, who offered to illegally supply Jeff with painkillers.
Cruz later sent Jeff 262 hydrocodone pills in a Coffee jar by the post, which was intercepted and then allowed to continue to Hardy’s home so the police could catch him. When the sting was put in to action they also discovered all the other drugs in Hardy’s home.
Cruz was arrested in November, 2010 on charges of conspiracy to traffic in opium and two counts of trafficking in opium. He has a court date for November and is currently out on $50,000 bond.
Ironically if Cruz used a mail service that didn’t require a signature there may have been no way to prove Jeff had knowledge of the package.
- Former WWE Diva Torrie Wilson will join actor and former wrestling personality Tiny “Zeus” Lister and actors Lorenzo Lamas and Rudy Reyes on a new reality show entitled “The Z Team”.
“The Z Team, relying on years of experience fighting bad guys on the big screen, in the ring and in real life take on drug dealers, the mob and dirty politicians; no case is too much for them.”

- Former TNA star Matt Hardy was arrested again on Monday and charged with DWI. Airport police at Raleigh-Durhan International Airport pulled Hardy over after a concern was made about the way he was driving his vehicle. Although he passed a breathalyzer, North Carolina State Trooper Hans Ellefson, who is a Drug Recognition Expert determined Hardy was impaired with drugs.
They note that Hardy passed a breathalyzer test on the scene and had no alcohol in his system at the time of his arrest. He blew a 0.00. North Carolina State Trooper Hans Ellefson, who is a Drug Recognition Expert, was then called to the scene to further examine Hardy.
Blood test results are pending.
Hardy soon took to Twitter to claim he’d been set-up.

- Monte “Two Gunz” Barrett has signed a developmental deal with WWE according to the BoxingScene.com website.
“I gotta call [WWE senior director of talent relations] Ty Bailey this week and go through some of the particulars, but I know whatever it’s gonna be, it will be a lot of hard work. I told him I will commit 110% and put my best foot forward with everything that I do.”
Barrett, is 35-9-2 overall in his heavyweight boxing career.

TNA World Heavyweight champion Kurt Angle was arrested this morning on charges of driving under the influence, TMZ.com reports.
Olympic gold medalist was arrested by soldiers of the Commonwealth of Virginia and led to the Warren County jail. He played bond of $2,000 and it was released in 3: 31
Angle previously was arrested on March 25, 2011 in Grand Forks, North Dakota and accused of "being in control of a vehicle while intoxicated engine," after failing a field sobriety test. He later pleaded guilty to the charges and was on April 20, sentenced to a year of probation supervision, assessment of chemical dependency, a fine of $250, $225 in court costs and a term of imprisonment suspended for ten days.

WWE Defends Smoking Angle, Kurt Angle Injured? ROH Remembers Larry Sweeney, Neidhart Arrested
- In response to anti-smoking campaigners WWE made the following announcement regarding R-Truth lighting up on the UK tour:
“The negative effect smoking has on one’s health and physical performance was a part of a storyline on last night’s Monday Night Raw. Negative depictions of tobacco use on television are not unusual and can be seen on other TV-PG shows.”

- ROH put out the following remembrance for Larry Sweeney:

Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana will face the “Insane Savant” Delirious at “ROH Revolution: Canada” on May 7th when ROH returns to the Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto!
Delirious has not been seen in an ROH ring since August 2010 when he suffered a very serious injury at the hands of the All Night Express. One of the most distinctive competitors in the history of ROH, Delirious and his high energy style will return in Toronto after a long 9 month absence to pay tribute to one of his close friends.
Colt Cabana has repeatedly said that he wants straight-up, hold-for-hold competition without having to worry about a dirty move or shady trick. Cabana was very excited after receiving the news of his Toronto contest and he is certain it will be a great match representing honor and the memory of an overwhelmingly talented man.
“Larry Sweeney was a showman, an entertainer and a professional wrestler,” stated Cabana. “I can’t wait to dedicate this exhibition of those three things in a match versus another pro who feels the same way. Jim Neidhart Says He Wasn't Arrested, Haas & Benjamin's Next ROH Title Defense

-- Ring of Honor has announced that ROH World Tag Team Champions Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin will defend their belts against Jay and Mark Briscoe on May 7 in Toronto, Ontario in a rematch from 9th Anniversary Show. (Tag Title Defense Set For Toronto!)
-- Representatives of Jim Neidhart state that the former WWE star was not arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on April 18.
Neidhart realized he missed a date in traffic court on charges of driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle. He turned himself in to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and made a desk appearance. He then paid the $750 surety bond and was released. He was not incarcerated or taken into police custody.

Ex-WWE Star Shad Gaspard Arrested
Shad Gaspard's wife posted on his Twitter account that he was arrested yesterday while walking on the sidewalk. She said he informed a police officer that a car had almost hit someone, and the officer told him to shut up. Somehow he got arrested from that. Obviously there is more to this than what she is saying. UPDATE: Shad Gaspard's wife tweeted that she needs to get a bail bondsman to get Shad out of jail, as she is out of state.

Former WWE talent Shad Gaspard was arrested Saturday in Columbus, Ohio. His wife claims he was arrested for 'crossing the street'. She wrote on Twitter:
"This is Shad's wife everyone. I want to address the rumors that are going on around the Internet right now about Shad's arrest. He was indeed arrested today, in Columbus. No use denying it. But Shad did nothing wrong, he was trying to attend the Arnold Classic, and can you guys believe that the Columbus police department has nothing better to do than arrest him for crossing the street????!! Illegal Streaming Website Operator Arrested
Bryan McCarthy ? the operator of ChannelSurfing.net ? has been arrested by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) unit.
McCarthy, 32, is being charged with one count of criminal infringement of a copyright. They allege that he posted illegal streams of the UFC, NFL, WWE, NBA and NFL, as well as other sports programs. It is reported that he made more than $90,000 from online merchants to get advertising on his site.
If convicted, McCarthy could get up to five years in jail.
