The silver-wrestling report: August 28 September 3rd

It was rather relaxed one week for the WWE, a few big announcements were made and one was SuperSmackdown live.  We announced at last some games for no. of surrender, but there were no exception on issue of impact wrestling other than what I get later in this article.  So let's run down the biggest stories this week in the world of wrestling.Of the WWE brand extension Ending… Sorta?

WWE Raw Supershow The Silver Wrestling Report: August 28th September 3rd

The first major announcement of WWE came from COO, Triple H early last week raw.  Triple h announced that the Superstars of SmackDown for the foreseeable future newly baptized Monday night raw Super show will be the RAW superstars.  Means the announcement of the end of the WWE brand extension?  Your guess is as good as mine.  Triple H announcement links a lot of people confused about the whole State with separate WWE brands.  It is something, that wanted to have professional wrestling fans for years and with the current lack of depth on raw or SmackDown requires rosters, in any case.  Hopefully WWE RAW Super show will disable this coming Monday some of the confusion around this announcement.  If this change is permanent, the WWE must make some changes and the most important of them title to the WWE be Association (Association of WWE and world heavyweight Championships).Scratch CM Punk vs. Kevin Nash, CM Punk against Triple H for the night of ChampionsCM Punk vs Triple H The Silver Wrestling Report: August 28th September 3rd

Together with the announcement of the raw Super show Triple H also CM Punk vs. Kevin Nash for night of champions at the beginning of raw announced.  Until the end of raw, Triple H vs. CM Punk scrapped Kevin Nash and campaigned against CM Punk in its ' place.

Triple H reason for change in games was that he wanted to teach CM Punk a lesson in respect.  The real reason was that Kevin Nash was not disabled, are fighting for CM Punk at night of Champions and the WWE had to the trigger on CM Punk against triple a little early to draw H.  In my opinion I think that the WWE should with CM Punk vs. John Cena vs. event of the night of Champions was Alberto del Rio for the main, but I'm not a booking of raw. Given the situation the WWE made the best choice.  Just say, this writer cant wait to see by Triple H and CM Punk duke it out at night of Champions and how this game will push their whole ", which is really the strings" history forward. The world's greatest threat

mark henry worlds strongest man The Silver Wrestling Report: August 28th September 3rd

For all the expectation has supply SuperSmackdown.  Signing CM Punk against Triple H was the steel cage match between Randy Orton and Christian a few good things on the map.  Orton and Christian had to stop an incredible steel cage match to their incredible feud.  Immediately after Orton the world title mark maintained, Henry, the No. 1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship at night of champions, made known his presence.  Henry went directly into the cage and took the WWES Apex predator.  Orton attempted the world's strongest man, back to fight, but Henry overpowered the Viper.  At the end of SuperSmackdown Henry Orton left with a thundering world's strongest slam.  Henry was a hell of a role as of late and a legitimate threat to the Orton Championship reign.  Night of Champions could Henry's best chance ever win the World Heavyweight Championship. With pass every week, it looks like, that Henry arena in Buffalo with could run the Championship around the waist of the HSBC.Impact outside the impact once rings

impact wrestling ring The Silver Wrestling Report: August 28th September 3rd

Issue of impact Wrestling was nothing short of abysmal.  TNA announced be sting against Ric Flair would on the September 15 Edition of impact wrestling, instead of the upcoming no surrender PPV.Then an injured Matt Morgan all Samoa Joe momentum from last week, killed A.J. styles vs. Christopher Daniels was ruined by a craptacular end and do the overbooked did not get me to the casinos began she called hits. Also in all the crap, it was one good thing about the show.  It was the change of the landscape.  For the first time since March, TNA wrestling impact took effect on the Street outside the wrestling.  Impact wrestling travel feel around every once and a while, like a breath of fresh air.  The fans on the impact of wrestling really get nerves, including myself on many people.  So with a new set every other TV taping, scheduled TNA now has rehearsed the quantity reactions keeps feeling a little too well and quite out of date.  First TNA impact wrestling, before other than that, in Orlando will definitely help, this company from their protected little home and may grow to compete with the WWE one day.

The silver report: August 21st August 27th

The silver report: August 21st August 27th

Just want to say, I'm sorry, the readers of silver report.  There were a couple of hectic weeks for me in August, so I write an article not in a position, been every week.  Show this no longer with a silver report every other week.  I do it as a priority to a silver report on tribal wrestling every Sunday or Monday.

Now, since my small apologies out of the way, it was pretty quiet week in the wonderful world of wrestling.  To WWE night of Champions built up and has built TNA, no. of surrender.

With Alberto del Rio vs. John Cena for the WWE undisputed Championship and Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship for a night of Champions and no matches for no. of surrender, there should be many buildings in the next few weeks.  Let us diving so you directly in the biggest stories of the week.

cm punk vs kevin nash 300x168 The Silver Report: August 21st August 27th

, That really pulls the strings? This issue has in the minds of the WWE universe was staying CM Punk at ext since Kevin Nash Powerbomb.  It seems, that a power struggle broke art with Vince McMahon as fired behind the action which has the on-screen CEO over a month ago.  It must be something, Nash has not revealed or Triple H has to lie, because things do not turn to add.

Nash received a text from Triple H phone, it punk vs. John Cena at ext, but Triple H refused to the winners of the CM, Nash, that send text message.  So, who would have access to the COO of mobile without his knowledge?

The obvious would guess Stephanie McMahon, Triple H woman, but that seems a little too obvious.  My guess in this game the idea would be John Laurinaitis.  Since Vince is raised, has animal or animal was his nose in Triple H company firmly.  Last week on raw, he had a meeting with Kevin Nash, which happens to the content of this session is off.

Now this week, animal, or animal Triple H, said that Nash in a car accident raw to leave and was checked into a hospital in Edmonton.  Cost is the kicker, that Kevin Nash all beautiful and also was CM Punk of the No. 1 Contendership for the undisputed WWE champion.

Animal or animal was up some misleading business, but he could also work for someone higher, possibly by the name of Vincent k. McMahon.  At the moment all we can do is, is to speculate, that actually pull the strings in the WWE, because I believe that we will find until after night of champions in two weeks.

Miz Rtruth 300x169 The Silver Report: August 21st August 27th

The Miz and R truth have been overlooked now universe and the WWE brass for months by the small Jimmies in the WWE.  So decided instead of against the WWE resident comedy Act, Santino Marella, the Miz, and R truth take over and attack the conspiracy against them head on.

The Miz and R truth Santino Marella attacked and cut an excellent promo, with the birth of a new Heeltastic version of "what is to" ended.  This new team could bring some good results.  With Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne as a new WWE Tag Team Champions was able to legitimize the team of the Miz and R truth feud with the new tag champions to the tag team Division breathe new life into and the WWE team title.

The other possibility would be that the Miz and R truth refuse to fight until their voices be heard.  Their demands start press further, much attacking superstar to superstar, such as the nexus.  The Miz have already and R truth shows that she great chemistry on the microphone and I personally have no doubt, they have great chemistry in the ring, no matter what decision the WWE to this new team.

Samoa Joe TNA 300x167 The Silver Report: August 21st August 27th

For the few years TNA wrestling past become worse with only a few moments, from the darkness to light up.  This little story is one of those moments appears.  For all of the bound for glory series has Samoa Joe won a single point.  In fact, he has negative 10 points.

All Joe frustrated he has found, for his strip pitch literally wipe out competition to a solution.  Last week, Joe took Devon from the BFG series and this week he did the same the Pope and an other competitors.  The competitor was the BFG series point leader and unbeaten, Crimson.

Crimson game with Kurt Angle Samoa Joe tries, amazing little brother red attack, but Crimson she fought the Samoan submission machine.  After the game Crimson challenged Joe impact wrestling match next week, but Joe took it to take, Crimson.

Joe grabbed a 2 by 4, put injured leg and MICA 2 through 4 together with Crimson leg of Crimson.  While Crimson cried pain, Joe screamed, "I could have not broken your strips, but I broke your f * ing leg!" come to the cameraman in the face.

It was an excellent way, end impact wrestling and it did an amazing job, how dangerous is to sell a wrestler Samoa Joe.  Hopefully this one has push Samoa Joe winning the BFG series and go to face Kurt angle for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at bound for glory.

Super Smackdown 300x165 The Silver Report: August 21st August 27thArena in Wichita, Kansas, the WWE will put on a special edition of SmackDown called SuperSmackdown next Tuesday at the INTRUST Bank.  Two great games were for this large Edition of SmackDown, Alberto del Rio vs. Sin Cara and Christian vs. announced Randy Orton in a steel cage for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Together with the Superstars of SmackDown are the Superstars of raw at the fair.  Of the kind the WWE has the support of this episode of SmackDown, it should be really good.  A live Smackdown is rarer than a raw 3 hours been, so if they come in the rule, it's a big deal.  I hope SuperSmackdown is a great success this Tuesday, so we get the more live Smackdowns in the future.

"Otro Raw, otra movida robada.

BOK Center - Tulsa (Oklahoma)

WWE COO Triple H opened the show and talks about his work. The good thing is that he can give the fans what they want. Therefore this is now a RAW Super show, where the SmackDown! Stars are available. (It looks like the WWE brand extension ends.)

The bad thing is, disrespect, lies, and a few other things. Triple h best friend Kevin Nash, is currently one of the bad part. If a man is, which he now to the ring, the and tells why he lied.

But instead of Kevin Nash, we see that CM Punk comes to the ring. Punk congratulates this Oscar worthy performance of Triple H, but want to see, acting and lies.

CM Punk wants the truth, and Kevin Nash is now also on the way to the ring. (Kevin Nash NWO theme plays as he makes entrance) Nash admits that he lied.

But only in the car crash. Since the mobile text message sending, he did not lie. He did this because... has made a fool of him punk and punk has offended HHH and Stephanie McMahon. But it is now. Nash asks what HHH for man, he really is.

Hunter replied that he was a man, never by his best friend lied to to be expected. Now he can look no longer to Nash, who should leave the room immediately. Nash reveal however, he is also contractually... now - thanks to John Laurinaits - the WWE and Hunter wants to Nash, Hall, then HHH Kevin Nash should.

Kevin Nash: WWE contract

Hunter would not Nash fire, but the lies should stop now. Punk is sick of the words between the two friends. Disguised in the ring throwing CM Punk. Nash and "Kliq", bring punk as well as on his knee injuries. Because Kevin Nash is WWE contract, is the way for a match.

CM Punk, and Kevin Nash agrees that this game could take place at night of champions, because Nash is a champion *-Kisser. Triple h makes it officially for the WWE night of Champions 2011 card... Before hunter ring leaves, he has two words... the audience sing "S * k it" and HHH leaves the ring.

Stare down between Nash and punk, when suddenly, world heavyweight champion Randy Orton to the ring. He now takes the United States Champion Dolph Ziggler.

John Cena is on its way to the ring and spoke about the actions of Alberto del Rio. Del Rio always honor and class talked about. But this Act had nothing to do. John Cena vs Alberto del Rio at night of Champions is where cena really beat up del Rio, and if something, he should someone there, but Mark Henry is on the way to the ring.

Henry is here, to someone's kick a *. Henry tells big show and Kane Sheamus. All three have something in common: they are in the Hall of pain, where they could join John Cena. And if you win on the SuperSmackdown show, Randy Orton and Christian is regardless of the Hall of pain. Mark Henry are also night of Champions-new world heavyweight champion.

Now, Christian is still on the way to the ring. Christian knows his stuff. He broadcast tomorrow on the WWE SuperSmackdown 30 August 2011 is world champion and at night of champions, he is defeated, Mark Henry.

Christian then tells cena, which only mean to shout, until he gets what he wants. Cena is confused and asks whether Christian speaks about himself. The heels are on cena gang up to Sheamus comes to the ring. Henry and Christian left the ring.

Behind the scenes are Johnny ACE and referee Charles Robinson. ACE wants a tag team match, as Triple H suddenly is behind him. This tag team match has he already set, and he wonders why ACE wanted to book at all. Still, his boss is.

RAW emanated from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jerry Lawler, Jim Ross, and Michael Cole were on commentary. This episode of the Raw Review is dedicated to my good friend and former coworker Dan Eberhardt, who made San Diego a less witty place when he left it.

Highlights:

HHH announced combined-brand Super-Raws and Super-Smackdowns.

Kevin Nash was signed by John Laurinaitis to a WWE Contract.

HHH sets the match: CM Punk versus Kevin Nash at Night of Champions, only to report at the end of the show that the match was changed to CM Punk versus HHH.

HHH’s involvement in the recent controversies remains unknown.

HHH confronted John Laurinaitis, sewing seeds of dissention.

The tag team Champions have named themselves Air BOOM!

Natalya is NOT jealous of Kelly Kelly.

David Otunga and Michael McGillicutty have had enough of Jerry Lawler’s derogatory comments.

Match Summaries:

Randy Orton defeated Dolph Ziggler by pinfall.

CM Punk defeated The Miz by Disqualification.

Sin Cara defeated Jack Swagger by pinfall.

Air Boom defeated Otunga and McGillicutty by pinfall.

Brie Bella (actually Nikki) defeated Kelly Kelly by pinfall.

John Cena and Sheamus defeated Christian and Mark Henry by pinfall.

Opening Segment:

HHH’s music hit, and HHH entered the squared circle, dressed in the same suit and tie as last week or two weeks ago. HHH began by saying that it is his job to make sure that the WWE gives the people the very best that it can. So, with that being said, the Superstars of Smackdown will be joining the superstars of RAW to give the fans a RAW Supershow. Those types of announcements are the fun part of the job. The un-fun part of the job is having to deal with the lies…who sent a text, who didn’t send a text, who got in a car accident, who didn’t get in a car accident. Unfortunately, the lies are coming predominantly from his best friend, Kevin Nash. HHH demanded that Nash come down to the ring…but CM Punk’s music hit instead. Punk descended the entrance ramp smiling and applauding, as if he was applauding HHH’s “performance.” Punk continued to applaud HHH in the center of the ring. Punk described HHH’s performance as “Pacino-in-Heat-thespianism.” Punk said he wanted HHH to stop lying and admit that HHH and Nash have been in on it since the beginning. At this point, Nash’s “New World Order” music hit, and Nash moseyed into the ring. Nash admitted that he lied and had his driver call Laurinaitis to tell him that he got into a car crash. Nash had to do it because HHH wouldn’t let him settle things like a man. Nash then reminded HHH that Punk isn’t just insulting Nash, but he’s insulting HHH and also HHH’s wife. Nash then asked HHH what kind of man was HE. HHH responded that he’s the kind of man that does not expect to be lied to by his best friend, the kind of man who takes his friend’s word to be the truth. HHH then asked HHH to leave and not come back. Nash then informed HHH that VP of Talent John Laurinaitis signed him to a pretty lucrative contract, considering today’s economy. Plus, it’s a guaranteed contract; so Nash would get paid whether he’s in the ring or sitting home on his couch. If HHH wants Nash to leave, then HHH would have to fire him in front of everyone. HHH said that he’s not going to fire Nash. At this point, CM Punk began gagging…for way to long to be funny. Punk said that HHH can’t be the bad guy; so Nash is there to do HHH’s dirty work. The Clique is back! Clique is also the noise of the remote controls make when Nash comes on TV, and it’s the noise that Nash’s knees make when he walks. Nash then told HHH to make the match Nash v. Punk. Punk agreed, make the match at Night of Champions. Punk said that HHH needs to check with the board of directors…meaning Stephanie McMahon to see if the match is okay. HHH doesn’t wear the pants in his family, but he does wear Steph’s panties. HHH had his back to Punk and really looked like he was going to turn around and smack Punk. But he didn’t. HHH slowly turned around. Punk and HHH glared at each other as HHH agreed to make the match. HHH then said he had two words for both of them, and he held the mic up. The crowd screamed, “SUCK IT!!”

Randy Orton versus Dolph Ziggler

The two men locked up and jockeyed for position. Ziggler then kicked Orton in the stomach and continued with a series of punches. Orton hit a Nikita Kolof-styled Russian Sickle clothesline out of the corner. Ziggler regained momentum and delivered a series of stomps to Orton’s chest in the corner. Orton then hit a Lou Thesz press and delivered a series of blows to Ziggler’s head. Orton went for the in-the-ropes DDT, but Vickie climbed the ring apron, distracting Orton enough to allow Ziggler to back body drop Orton over the ropes and down on the floor. Ziggler then went down to the floor and delivered the Zig Zag to Orton on the floor. Ziggler made it into the ring first and pressured the referee to quicken his ten-count as Orton lied outside the ring. Orton made it in at nine. Ziggler stomped on Orton several times and struggled to make it to his knees against the ropes. Back from commercial, Ziggler controlled Orton outside the ring, ramming his head into the solid steel steps. Backstage, Swagger was watching the match on a monitor. In the ring, Ziggler earned a near-fall and then cinched in a rear chin lock. Orton broke free, but Z hit him with a shoulder coming off the ropes. Ziggler went to the second turnbuckle, but Orton rushed over and punched him, seating him on the top rope. Orton then mounted the second turnbuckle to set up the superplex, which he delivered beautifully after joining Ziggler on the top rope. Orton earned a close near fall. Orton then got Super-Orton and delivered a series of clotheslines and a power slam with a lot of torque on it. Orton charged Ziggler in the corner, where he was greeted by a knee. Orton then hit a belly-to-back suplex and earned a near-fall. Ziggler then hit a leg drop and earned a close near fall. The two men struggled to reach their feet. Ziggler went to set up a neck breaker, but Orton rolled him up. Orton then catapulted Ziggler into the corner. Orton then lifted Ziggler for a sort of power bomb and then just dropped Ziggler on his back. Orton covered, but Ziggler kicked out at the last possible moment. Orton then set up the RKO as the crowd asked for it. Orton backed into the corner and set up for the punt instead. As he sprinted towards Ziggler, Ziggler greeted him with a super kick and went for the cover. Luckily the ref had no intention of counting to three, because Orton’s kick-out seemed a few milliseconds late. Vickie justifiably chastised the referee. The two men struggled to reach their feet. Ziggler attempted the Zig Zag but Orton dodged it. Orton then hit his in-the-ropes DDT. Orton went for the RKO, but Ziggler cinched on the sleeper. After a few seconds, Orton rolled through, creating space. Ziggler charged Orton, but Orton lifted him straight up in the air. Ziggler landed flush on his stomach and bounced directly up…into an RKO. Orton made the cover and earned the pinfall. Winner by pinfall“ Randy Orton.

(This was an AWESOME match with an even awesome ending. This is the type of work the Ziggler was doing on Smackdown before he got lost in the shuffle on RAW.)

John Cena’s music hit, and Cena came to the ring. Cena leveled several insults towards Alberto Del Rio…nothing really worth repeating. Cena closed with his “You want some, come get some.” At this point, Mark Henry’s music hit, and he came to the ring. Henry recounted his recent exploits and said that Cena was next to join his Hall of Pain. NO matter who wins the cage match for the World Title, they’re next on his list. At this point, Christian came to the ring and advised Mark Henry that he’ll be facing Christian. However, the two of them can focus on that later. For tonight, there’s another task at hand. Christian then pointed at Cena and said that Cena is the thing that Christian hates most: someone who comes out week after week whining just to get their way. Cena then made jokes and then said to the both of them, if you want some, come get some. Christian and Henry then prepared to do battle two-on-one, when Sheamus’ music hit, and he bound into the ring. Christian backed out of the ring, leaving Mark Henry alone against Cena and Sheamus. Henry then slowly backed out of the ring.

Backstage, John Laurinaitis was standing with Charles Robinson saying that he was going to make the four of them in a tag team match. At this point, HHH came in and said that it was a great idea, since HE just made that match. Robinson ducked out of the way. HHH got up in Johnny Ace’s face and warned him to, basically, know his role. HHH reminded him that HHH was his boss, and Ace works for HHH.

CM Punk versus The Miz

Miz paused at the entrance ramp and grabbed the mic. Miz said that Punk is worse than Cena. Miz was speaking his mind long before Punk was dropping pipe bombs. Punk may say he’s the best wrestler, but Miz is the most must-see champion in the history of the WWE. When the match began, Punk cinched in a side headlock. Punk hit a shoulder block off an Irish whip. The two men then locked up once again, and Punk pushed Miz towards the corner before Miz turned it around. Miz took a cheap shot, but Punk kicked him. Punk then delivered a snap-suplex and punctuated it with a boot to the head. Punk mounted the top turnbuckle, but Miz took his feet out from under him and then delivered a series of stomps. Miz, bouncing off the ropes, delivered a boot, earned a one-count, and then followed it up with a series of knees to the back. Miz then hit an old-school knee lift. Miz danced around Punk and delivered a couple of punches. Punk then delivered some kicks. Miz took control with a low DDT from his knees and followed up with a near fall. Miz then cinched in a rear chin lock and slowed the pace of the match. Punk battled to his feet and then delivered a couple of standing knees to Miz’ chest. Miz then hit his backbreaker-neck breaker combination and earned a near-fall. Miz backed up into the corner and delivered his running sit-through clothesline, pausing in the ropes for effect to taunt the crowd. Miz landed a double axe-handle from the top ropes and earned another near fall. A confident Miz mounted the top ropes again, but was greeted by a punch to the stomach from Punk. Miz then hit a boot to the head on Punk after bouncing off the ropes. Miz once again cinched in a rear chin lock. Punk powered to his feet and went for the GTS, but the Miz hit a flapjack (I think that’s what that move is called), earning a near fall. Miz then measured Punk and delivered a boot. The two men then traded blows in the center of the ring. Miz was able to turn Punk and land the neck breaker, earning another near fall. Miz again cinched in the chin lock, but Punk head-butted Miz and then delivered a series of hard shots to Miz’ head. Miz then rammed Punk shoulder-first into the steel post, sending him careening to the outside. Back from commercial, Miz had another rear-chin lock cinched in on the Miz, but Punk escaped it with a side suplex. Punk then delivered a series of kicks to Miz and hit him with his hip after whipping him into the ropes. Punk delivered his running knee into the corner, knocking the Miz down. Punk hit a clothesline off the top ropes. Punk went for the GTS, but Miz got down and attempted to apply the SKF. Punk dropped to his knees and then rolled through the SKF. Miz got to his feet and charged Punk, but Punk administered a double-overhook backbreaker, earning another near-fall. Punk slowly made it to his feet and climbed the top turnbuckle. Miz then charged him and attempted a superplex, but Punk blocked it. Punk then head butted Miz down to the canvas. Punk dropped a Macho Man elbow from the top ropes. Punk then measured Miz and lifted him for the GTS, but he noticed R-Truth rushing to the ring. Punk dropped Miz and then lifted R-Truth for the GTS, but the Miz kicked Punk’s knee out from under him. The referee signaled for the bell. Winner by disqualification: CM Punk.

Post-match, Miz missed with a clothesline and Punk hit Truth with one. Punk rammed Miz into the barricade and then threw R-Truth into the ring, hitting the GTS on him. At this point, Kevin Nash slowly came to the ring. As Punk glared at him, Miz hit Punk from behind, and the Awesome Truth continued softening up Punk. Nash then delivered his trademark Powerbomb. Nash then stood over Punk.

Sin Cara versus Jack Swagger

The two men locked up, and Swagger bullied him into the corner. Cara hit an enziguri on Swagger when Swagger refused to let go of his foot. Cara then drop-kicked Swagger. Swagger rolled out of the ring. Cara faked a move and then did a nice jump into Swagger from the ring apron. Swagger, back in the ring, hit his weird running Vader Bomb and followed it with a leg drop. At this point, Vickie came out to scout Swagger as a talent and descended halfway down the entrance ramp. Cara did a nifty move to end up sunset-flipping Cara, earning a near fall. Swagger hit a big shoulder block on Cara and earned a near-fall. At this point, Dolph Ziggler came down and admonished Vickie, saying that he was the only man she needed. Ziggler then climbed the ring apron and told Swagger he was a loser. Swagger reached for him, but this enraged Ziggler as Ziggler backed off the apron. Cara then hit a kick to Swagger’s head, off the ropes. Cara hit a big DDT on Swagger. Sin Cara then hit a Senton Bomb and followed it up with a lionsault, earning the pinfall on a prone Swagger. Winner by pinfall: Sin Cara.

Post-match, Ziggler demanded that Vickie come with him up the entrance ramp, but Vickie appeared to have misgivings as she looked at Swagger as she backed up the ramp.

(This is definitely leading towards a Ziggler-Swagger feud…but where will Vickie end up? Is there a face turn in Vickie’s future? Cuz, honestly, without a true face GM like on Smackdown, her heel talents are being thoroughly wasted.)
Air BOOM versus Michael McGillicutty and David Otunga

McGillicutty and Bourne began. The two men locked up. Bourne hit a Steamboat-esque arm drag take down. McGillicutty shortly thereafter attempted a cover that had no chance of succeeding. The two heels did some double-teaming on Bourne and controlled the match while the King talked smack about them on commentary. For the entirety of the match, the King railed the former Nexus members for not “showing him” anything and for not “bringing it.” Michael Cole at one point chastised the King for not offering the team any tips or advice, to which the King replied that he would have if they had asked him. Back in the ring, Bourne eventually made the hot tag to Kingston, who just took over the match. The event unceremoniously ended with a Trouble in Paradise on McGillicutty and the pinfall. Winners by pinfall: Air Boom.

Post-match, Otunga and McGillicutty confronted the King about all the recent smack-talking (since I doubt they heard his commentary of the current match). King stood up to confront the two. King said that what he said had nothing to do with them losing that match. Otunga grabbed his headset and threw it back in his chest. Nothing further really happened. (If the WWE is going to revive the role of managers, could that role be in store for The King??)

Kelly Kelly versus Brie Bella

Kelly began with some forearms to the head of Brie. Brie kicked Kelly in the back and then stood on her hair while she tried to lift her up. As the action continued, the Glamazon and Natalya were watching on a monitor backstage, asserting that the two of them should be in a match and that the Bellas are just as much a part of the problem as Kelly. If the people knew good divas, then Natalya and Phoenix would be in the ring…but Natalya’s not jealous. Back in the ring, Kelly Kelly landed outside. Eve, who accompanied her, got hit by Brie from behind when she went to attack Kelly. (In the replay, it did look like she was attacking Kelly…not helping her.) Kelly then clotheslined Brie and tended to Eve. While Kelly tended to Eve and the referee paid attention to them, the Bellas did Twin Magic, and Nikki climbed into the ring. Kelly went to grab a seemingly hurt Bella but was greeted with a fresh Bella and a face buster and a pinfall. Winner by pinfall: Brie Bella (as Nikki Bella).

WWE showed a niiice video package on rising face Alex Riley. Good stuff.

WWE aired the world premier trailer of Inside Out, starring HHH and Michael Rappaport. Um, it actually looked alright. Rappaport plays a good neurotic, and HHH seems well-disposed to play the quiet strong guy.

Mark Henry and Christian versus John Cena and Sheamus

Sheamus and Christian began. Christian slid under Sheamus’ legs and uppercut-slapped him. Sheamus followed it up with a Davey-Boy-Smith-esque Powerslam. Mark Henry was tagged in, and the two giant’s faced each other. Sheamus and Henry traded blows, and Henry’s Soul-Glo went spraying around from the impact of Sheamus’ punches. Sheamus delivered a series of useless downward punches to the meaty part of Henry’s back and then was greeted by a Henry clothesline. Henry tagged-in Christian, who capitalized on a vulnerable opponent by stomping on him and cinching in a front facelock. Sheamus tried to power forward to his friendly corner to make a tag, but Christian prevented this. Henry was tagged-in again and delivered a shoulder block to Sheamus’ mid-section in the corner. Henry then stood on Sheamus’ chest. Christian came back in and kicked Sheamus’ injured ribs. Christian mounted the top turnbuckle, but his offensive maneuver was stopped cold by Sheamus, who delivered the Irish Curse Backbreaker. Both men struggled to make it to their feet. Sheamus made the hot tag to Cena who immediately began Super-Cena-ing with the standard two shoulder blocks off the ropes, suplex-ish forward slam, and five-knuckle shuffle. As a dazed Christian made it to his feet, Cena was lying in wait to lift him for the Attitude Adjustment. Christian managed to avoid Cena’s attempt to lift him. Cena charged the corner but was greeted by two Christian boots. Christian attempted a DDT, but Cena pushed him off. Cena then pushed Christian into the corner and hit a Stinger Splash on him. Cena followed it up with an authoritative power slam. Cena immediately charged Mark Henry with a forearm, knocking him off the ring apron. Cena whipped Christian into the corner and followed close behind, but Christian hit a nifty little back kick. Christian mounted the second turnbuckle and jumped off for a cross body press, but Cena caught him mid-air and this clean-and-jerked him into AA position. Christian grabbed the top rope to avoid this. Cena then applied the STF, but Mark Henry broke the maneuver with a boot to the head. Henry then clotheslined a charging Sheamus. Henry then jumped through the second rope down to the floor, like Del Rio. Sheamus then hit a flying shoulder block from the ring apron. Inside the ring, Christian hit a spear on Cena and earned a near-fall. Christian then tried to set up the Kill Switch. Mid-set-up, Sheamus hit Christian with the Brogue Kick, and Cena finished Christian off with the Attitude Adjustment. Winners by pinfall: John Cena and Sheamus.

Backstage, HHH was watching the match on the TV monitor. CM Punk came in and said that Laurinaitis told him that HHH wanted to see him. HHH said that he spoke with the Board of Directors. Punk cut him off and asked if HHH resigned. He then asked if HHH was getting a divorce, since he married into the family and made his millions. HHH then informed him that his match with Nash was cancelled. At Night of Champions, CM Punk was going to go one-on-one with HHH!!!! The two men glared at each other, with both men refusing to blink or flinch.

In the ring and seemingly impervious to the goings-on backstage, Cena and Sheamus congratulated each other and continued their celebration. Jim Ross reset the end of the main event tag team match. More to follow on Live Super Smackdown tomorrow!! And the credits began to roll.

WWE Tuesday Night SuperSmackDown!

Intrust Bank Arena – Wichita, Kansas, USA

This week Tuesday Night WWE Super Smackdown begins with a hype video for today’s special live edition, Wade Barrett vs John Cena and World Heavyweight Title Match between Randy Orton and Christian in the steel cage main event will happen and there will be the signing of the contract with CM Punk and Triple H for their match at Night of Champions.

- John Cena Open The Show

John Cena’s music is heard in the hall and he came to the ring for his match against Wade Barrett, which will open this evening.

But first, Cena grabs the microphone and said that we were not wrong, because it was Tuesday and it is SuperSmackDown! Time.

He jokes about XFL, Velocity and even Thunder stars joining the show tonight. He soon turns to talk to Alberto Del Rio. The music of WWE Champion plays, but Ricardo Rodriguez came to the ring. Cena feels bored and thinks Alberto should come to the ring.

Rodriguez said he had a message from the WWE Champion. As a challenger, he would need a little more patience in order to rise with the great Del Rio in the ring. Again and again, Rodriguez announce the name of the WWE Champion, until Cena loses his composure and asks him to shut up.

He knows full well that Alberto Del Rio is not here today. He also had a message for Del Rio, it is followed by a hard right and Ricardo go to the ground and rolls out of the ring.

Wade Barrett is now in the hall and is annoyed by Cena, who had just beaten a fat ring announcer. The Englishman speaks briefly about their rivalry from the Nexus period, and claims this was his show and he would teach Cena a lesson.

Cena came back on the floor and said that this was not his show but the WWE Universe. He has a great future ahead of him, yet today he would find out that revenge is sweet. Barrett goes to the ring, Cena is ready to fight and we go again shortly before the match into the commercial break.

Singles Match
-John Cena defeated Wade Barrett via Attitude Adjustment (3:27)

John Cena celebrates his victory a little and then we are backstage with Matt Striker and Mark Henry. Striker wants to know the opinion of Henry to his opponent at Night of Champions, which will now be determined in the Cage Match. No matter who will be his opponent, both candidates are inclusion into the Hall of Pain. A Cage Match is one of the most brutal matches in WWE, but the next opponent would be Mark Henry, it will be no winner either way.

Singles Match
-Sin Cara defeated Daniel Bryan with his flip Springboard / Springboard moonsault combination (5:04)
Sin Cara Heel Turn 203x300 WWE SuperSmackdown Results 08 30 11 August 30 2011
After the match, Sin Cara shake Daniel Bryan’s hand, which is accepted by the Money In The Bank winner, too. Then Sin Cara kick Daniel Bryan! Has Sin Cara turn heel? The referee intervenes and the commentators were shocked.

Matt Striker has the new tag team champions Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston (Air Boom) backstage. He wants to know how it feels to defend the title for the first time at yesterday’s RAW. Evan says it’s been great, it was always something special to defend the title. Kofi says it’s important to be able to rely on his partner and then recalled some great tag teams of the past.

Booker T hypt the upcoming signing of the contract between CM Punk and Triple H for later. A video highlights the feud of Christian vs Randy Orton in 2011.

Backstage Christian is with Matt Striker and gets the question whether he can now advance without any lawyers in the cage against Randy Orton. Christian makes clear that he is not a crybaby, but a warrior who must fight through. Regardless of whether Striker would like that or the losers in the audience like that, he always get what he wants.

Aksana is in the ring and announced a Divas Tag Team Match.

Tag Team Match
-Beth Phoenix & Natalya defeated Alicia Fox & Kelly Kelly after a Glam Slam against Alicia by Beth (2:04)

Triple H is backstage with SmackDown! General Manager Teddy Long, and they talk over the contract for his match with CM Punk at Night of Champions, which will be signed next.

WWE SuperSmackdown Results 08 30 11 August 30 2011
- CM Punk Triple H contract signing for Night of Champions 2011

Teddy Long announce WWE COO Triple H to the ring. HHH recall that yesterday Triple H vs. CM Punk had replace the Kevin Nash vs CM Punk match announced. The Board of WWE have decided that Triple H will get back in the ring for one night only in order to take care of CM Punk. Hunter then asks CM Punk to come down and the Cult of Personality song is heard

Punk sits down and says that Hunter is the COO of the Company, and wonders why he was ever here. He asks for a clause that allows Hunter to change the match again, if he feel the desire. Triple H says he has changed the match because he did not respect him and repeatedly disrespect his family and the WWE.
CM Punk Triple H 265x300 WWE SuperSmackdown Results 08 30 11 August 30 2011
HHH tried to work with him, but Punk did not see it. He also was responsible for that CM punk music (Cult of Personality from Living Colours), the rights are paid for by WWE. CM Punk new shirt Best in the World was published with Triple H approval.

But CM Punk always had to push until HHH eventually lost his temper. CM Punk intervenes and says he does not wants to fight the COO, but the old Triple H. Punk also would not hate the WWE, but love it.

If CM Punk hate the company, he would not be here. He might as well sit at home, but this is what he wanted. He just wants to make only those changes and make the company better/ Hunter explained that it was also his goal for this company to do better.

Punk wants the WWE to be fun again, he still wants to have a lot more people to the shows regularly. Before he came to WWE, he would have been a fan as anyone else and he still is. He wants to make this place so much better and says that HHH is just like Vince Mcmahon.

He would hire his old buddy, so they do his dirty work. If he compete against Triple H would, then he would be glad to do. He should just remember not to dismiss or suspend him if he does it at Night of Champions. HHH respect Vince McMahon, so when Punk compares HHH with Vince, then HHH would like to thank Punk for this comparison.

Punk says Vince had long ago lost the feeling for the business and Punk would provide for changes. Hunter said that he would differ in one respect from Vince. Because Vince would show up at Night of Champions and be in a beat-down, while Triple H will beat up punk.

Suddenly you hear the NWO music of Kevin Nash, who rushes to the ring with quick steps. Triple H wants to go in between, but Nash kick CM Punk and shove down his best friend out.

The World Heavyweight Championship in a cage and a clash between Sheamus and The Great Khali will happen today.

Matt Striker tries to capture a response from Kevin Nash, but Nash turned without saying and left.

Singles Match
Sheamus-defeated The Great Khali (w / Jinder Mahal) by DQ when Jinder Mahal attack the Irishman. (2:48)

There follows a video of Triple H movie “Inside Out”.

The commentators resolve on the WWE universe voting in the Steel Cage match. The viewers have decided 85% to 15% for Randy Orton over Christian.

Tonight is a special Tuesday Night Smackdown from Wichita, KS. After Friday’s Smackdown and last night’s Raw, tonight’s bonus action is a welcome addition to our mid-week entertainment. The featured main event is “one more match” between Christian and Randy Orton—in a steel cage. Orton will be defending the title after a fair effort the night before vs. Dolph Ziggler. Tonight also features a contract signing between Triple H and CM Punk. This promises to be interesting.

Other highlights from tonight’s event include:

Randy Orton and Christian battle in a doozy of a cage match.
Mark Henry makes a statement against Orton after the cage match.
CM Punk once again schools Triple H on the microphone and Nash joins a three-way fray.
Sin Cara turns heel (or at least pulls heel move) against Daniel Bryan

Since I didn’t have my Tivo set for the 7:00 CT start time, I jumped in 20 minutes after it started (good thing I happened to be watching Raw from last night and saw the advertisement to remind me!). In an excellent match on paper, we kick it off with Daniel Bryan vs. Sin Cara. Cara starts with an arm barm that is reversed by Brtyan and turned into a back drop attempt, but Cara lands on his feet and lands a nice arm drag on Bryan. The two trade wrist locks and Bryan hits a running kick followed by a suicide dive to the outside that lands fairly well. Bryan has a look of intensity ever since he came out for the match. He drills Cara with some martial arts kicks followed by a running missile kick into the corner. Bryan locks on a surfboard-like maneuver and locks in a nasty looking submission that is basically an upside down camel clutch. Haven’t seen that one before. Bryan is looking real aggressive but Cara capitalizes on that by avoiding a kick attempt and then flipping DB over the top to the outside. Cara lands a nice reverse springboard plancha on to Bryan. Back in the ring, Cara with some chops and we catch a glimpse of Bryan whispering something to Sin. They collide hard off the ropes with a off-setting flying body presses. They trade Euro uppercuts and martial arts kicks. Cara hits a nice samoan drop and then lands two consecutive lionsaults off the top rope for the pinfall. It was a fun match but what the hell is up with Cara still being so invincible. I don’t get it or like it. After the match the two shake hands. Suddenly, Cara blasts Bryan with a running kick to the jaw!?! Sweet! Cara just pulled a major heel move—just when I was totally starting to hate him. If that’s not a heel turn, then what is? We go backstage Stryker interviewing Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne. Bourne also annoys me with his perma-smile. It’s a total kiddie promo.

Next up after commercial is a recap of the saga between Christian and Randy Orton. It chronicles all the dips, dive and dandy matches, and is topped off by Bret Hart booking the match steel cage match on Friday night. He tells Christian, “this way you have no more excuses for anything!”. Christian is interviewed live by Stryker. He says ‘this is his night. Everyone has turned their backs on him, from Edge to Bret Hart. They’ve called him a whiner, complainer, a little B(*#h, but he assures us he’s a fighter and he fights for what’s right…no matter if people like it or not. He doesn’t need to be the World Heavyweight Champion to validate his career (probably true, but debatable), but it’s because he wants it. And Christian wants to be the world champ and he always gets what he wants’.

During the break, there’s an interesting commercial for WWE.com where WWE basically promotes itself as bigger and badder. I took it as a reference to being attitude-oriented. It advertises faces and heels and says it’s time to ‘declare where you stand’ in the WWE universe.

In Divas action, the wonderful team of Natalya and Beth Phoenix take on Kelly Kelly and Alicia Fox. I guess Fox can act like beeyatch all she wants but suddenly become a face just because she got her ass kicked by Natalya last week?! No matter, she gets destroyed by Phoenix and quickly is pinned in a near squash. Fox misses the scissors kick (even when she ‘lands’ it she basically misses) and is clobbered by Beth’s finisher. Next up is the contract signing as we see Hunter going over some paperwork and particulars backstage.

For some reason we have to get an introduction of Teddy Long just so he can in turn introduce HHH. Speaking of bad WWE GMs, andone know what ever happened to the anonymous Raw GM?! Was that just dropped ad hoc?? HHH comes out and says he cancelled the match between CM Punk and Kevin Nash after consulting the WWE board, and instead, CM Punk will go 1×1 with Triple H (sigh). The crowd responds in a lackluster fashion to HHH’s announcement. Please don’t tell me we have to deal with HHH going over against Punk and burying yet another rising star…er, rising superstar. CM Punk’s Cult of Personality music hits and he gets a decent ovation…this crowd is just kind of lame no matter who is out there though. Now I see why Teddy Long is out there, as he is presiding rather than just being a 4th wheel for a Nash/Punk contract signing. Punk goes into how unnecessary this exercise is. Why are we here—did you add a clause that you can just do whatever you want on this match whenever you want? Hunter sort of concedes he may have caught Punk off guard last night with the change of match, but Punk makes a very salient point about how he did not catch him off guard, because nothing in the WWE catches him off guard and he’s never surprised no matter how stupid, ridiculous or poor the decision might be. Amen to that! Nothing catches him off guard anymore. Hunter stammers over his sentences as he clearly can’t quite hang with Punk when it comes to shoots and fluidity of speaking. He bumbles a line about how Punk should have in intelligence what he lacks in hygiene (meanwhile, Hunter has hair in a pony tail and Punk is clean-cut, so that doesn’t really make sense). Hunter carries on and justifies his actions due to Punk’s disrespect for him, his family and his father-in-law. Please, this is the same guy who basically used to shove his cock in McMahon’s mouth during the DX days…that whole disrespect McMahon argument is pretty weak. Hunter says he tried to work with Punk and he bent over backwards to work with him regarding the WWE Title. I’ll give him that. He uses the example of how he paid Living Colour to approve his ring intro music (are they really still around!?); and who pushed his new tee shirt through; and how he gave him Kevin Nash on a plate like Punk wanted…and Punk still pushes his buttons. HHH says he’s trying his ass off to be the COO around here but now Punk has to deal with him as a man. Punk calmly says he doesn’t want to fight the COO—the new HHH sucks. He wants the Cerebral Assassin; he wants the guy HHH used to be. He wisely points out that perhaps Hunter’s correct and isn’t the right guy for the COO job. He says the last guy who was the COO (Vince McMahon) also couldn’t separate personal issues from business issues. The biggest thing Vince saw that you don’t, is how Punk doesn’t hate the WWE. He doesn’t hate it, he LOVES it. He’d be home if he hated it. Punk says, “what I want is change. I recognize when things suck and I speak my mind. I want things to be different. I want things to be better. I want things to be so much better—not just for me but for everybody (crowd begins chanting “C-M-PUNK”). I am dieing for a change. WE are dying for a change. I want to be a catalyst for that change”. Hunter cuts him off and says “Oh save me! You want to be the catalyst as long as it benefits you. I am sick to death of listening you talk how you’re doing it for them. Yeah, maybe half agree with you and the other half don’t give a damn. You know, some of these people actually like the WWE. They tune in every week (sheep!) and love what they see and come here to have a good time. They like it the way it is. Can it be better? Sure it can be better” (you just contradicted your point, Hunter). He goes on to say they’re alike in how they did what they had to do to get to the top. He calls Punk a martyr and basically accuses him of being shady with his intentions. Punk retorts smartly that half the people liking what they see isn’t enough. Everyone should like what they see. Before he was a wrestler, he was a fan, and at his core he is still a fan and he will do what he knows will make this place better and fun again. HHH doesn’t say anything. Punk says the reason he pushes HHH’s buttons (comments about his wife, etc.) was to test Hunter and give him trial by fire. “And guess what, you failed. You’re just like everybody else. You’re just like Vince McMahon. I thought maybe we wanted the same things; maybe we were alike and on the same page. But it turns out, you (HHH) are too egotistical and vindictive. It’s the same things I’ve seen before—you hire your old buddies to do your dirty work because you can’t get your hands dirty. I’ve seen it before. Punk then grabs a pen and says, ‘if I have to be the catalyst of change, and I have to go through you, then so be it. We’ve never like each other. Just do me the favor, since you’re the COO, at Night of Champion don’t fine me or suspend me after I kick your ass”. HHH says, ‘you compare me to Vince. I respect Vince McMahon and we wouldn’t be standing here if it wasn’t for him. You want to compare me to him, thank you, you couldn’t give me a better compliment”. Thank heavens, Punk interrupts and calls Hunter out on that for living in the past and he doesn’t want to look to the future. You (HHH) are the guy that used to point to your crotch and say “suck it”…and I want change! Hunter says, “you want change, you’re going to get it. This is where I’m not like Vince (Hunter signs). Vince would have gotten in the ring with you and taken a beating because it’s good for business. This is nothing about business between you and me—it’s completely personal—and I am going to kick your skinny fat ass”. Hunter drops his mike and annoying fans mark out to him. Suddenly, Nash comes out to his new remixed NWO music, which I totally dig. He’s charging the ring in a brisk walk. For some reason, HHH is holding back Punk. Nash comes in the ring and upends the table. Punk lands some kicks and punches as he strikes first. Nash rakes the eyes but Punk is all over Nash landing combos and body blows. Hunter decks Punk from behind and Nash flattens CM with a big boot. HHH goes to stop Nash but Big Sexy decks HHH. Nash leaves the ring angrily and Punk and Hunter are both down and perplexed. Three way dance?! Cole appropriately states Hunter has lost control of his company.

Next up is Sheamus vs. Great Khali. Sheamus is wearing bandages across his ribs due a recent attack from Mark Henry. This past Friday, Henry delivered a World’s Strongest Slam on Sheamus across the steel ring steps! Khali has the dexterity of an oak tree, so his matches are pretty dull and predictable. Still, Sheamus lands a nice flying shoulder block that takes Khali off his feet. About five minues in, Jinder Mahal interferes and Khali is DQ’d. The two attack Sheamus after the bell. Sheamus fights back though and delivers his finisher on Mahal (Celtic Cross).

The main event is next with about 30 minutes left in the program. The main event participants are introduced with the challenger being introduced first followed by Randy Orton. They lock eyes before the champ enters the cage and set for battle. But first, a commercial…we return and Christian is working over Orton in the corner. He makes a quick dash to the top of the cage but Orton prevents him by grabbing the ankle. Orton gets a roll up for a near fall (pinfalls count in this steel cage match apparently). Christian hits a nice double armed spinebuster, and the challenger is ahead on points if there were such a thing. The pace of the match gets real slow, especially for a steel cage match, and Christian land a spinning neckbreaker. He calls for the cage door but is caught by Orton before he gets through the ropes. Christian goes over the top of the cage and gets one leg over before being caught by Orton. Both men are standing on the top rop in the corner trading blows. Orton hits a vertical super-plex off the top rope, causing injury to both men. While both are down we go second commercial. Upon returning, we see Christian with a hand on the floor and half his body draped outside of the cage door. He’s going for his 5th escape attempt, his closest one yet, but it is also for naught. Orton is on the defensive most of this match. We see replays from during the break where Christian was whipped hard in the cage shoulder-first. In real-time action, Orton hits a short-armed clothesline, misses an RKO attempt, and then tosses Christian into the cage head-first. Orton has CHrsitian draped over his shoulder in power slam position, and then charges the cage side but Christian gets his arms up, and uses his momentum going backwards to reverse the situation into a nice backbreaker. Christian hits a flying frog splash from the top rope and gests a second consecutive near fall. The doors is open but Christian “Cage” takes too much time getting there. The challenger sets up his spear and goes for it but Orton leap frogs and attempts an RKO. Christian thwarts the RKO and then hits the spear for a third very near fall. Christian has brought it tonight but doesn’t have gold yet. He begins lining up a punt, but of course he misses it. He hits a reverse thrust kick and feints a jump off the middle rope but actually just bolts towards the top of the cage as Orton’s whiffing a third RKO attempt. Randy catches him and holds him upside on his shoulder and then drops Christian with a hard inverted back suplex. This time it’s Orton with a near fall. Great match! Orton hits the middle rope DDT and Cole gives the required “Vintage Orton”. Orton goes into viper mode but Christian tosses Randy off from a fourth RKO attempt. Christian on top of the cage, draped across the top and the two are seated on top of the cage trading punches, raking eyes, and bashing each others faces across the top bars. Orton now standin on the top rope, and then Christian is as well. Orton is trying for an RKO off the top. Then Christian is trying a Killswitch from up top. They bash each other’s heads off the cage. Orton ends up hitting the RKO off the top rope and gets the three count! Randy Orton has defended the title on consecutive nights with two very good matches (Ziggler and Christian). There’s still a lot of time left and as if on queue we hear Mark Henry’s music. Henry comes into the cage and proceeds to lay a beatdown and Smackdown on Randy Orton. Orton fights back but is leveled with a thunderous clothesline. The episode ends with Henry holding up the World Title and Orton laying prone on his back.

1.- Randy Orton vs. Dolph Ziggler.

- Randy Orton venció a Dolph Ziggler.

2.- CM Punk vs. The Miz.

- Brie Bella venció a Kelley Kelly.

6.- John Cena y Sheamus vs. Christian y Mark Henry.

- John Cena y Sheamus vencieron a Christian y Mark Henry.
