- Things have gone from bad to worse for the Hardy clan. The latest in the saga is that Matt Hardy has turned himself in on drugs charges following a raid on his home last Wednesday.
According to TMZ Matt’s model girlfriend, Reby Sky, was worried he “was strung out on pills and needed help,” so dialed 911 and led police to a secret safe containing several prescription painkillers, 20 vials of anabolic steroids and some ecstasy. Matt wasn’t home at the time of the search so they couldn’t arrest him on the spot, but he turned himself in yesterday.
Hardy has been charged with “possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule III controlled substance (anabolic steroids), possession of schedule I controlled substance (Ecstasy), maintain a place to keep controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
He was released from the Moore County Detention center on promise to appear in court later in the month. This news comes just days after Hardy was charged with DWI for the second time in less than a month.
- In an interview with Sports Vibe UK, TNA’s Jeremy Borash stated that the company is planning to run shows in Japan and South America. Here is the video:
- Jerry Lawler was hospitalized following Monday’s Raw after his spot with Mark Henry went wrong.
During the segment where Henry slammed him on the announce table, Lawler’s back took undue trauma because the company failed to “gimmick” (weaken) the table in order for it to break easier.
It’s not clear whose responsible for the error.
- Linda McMahon announces she’ll be running for Senate in 2012:
Friends,
I have seen enough of America to know what our people are capable of achieving, the enterprises we can build, the jobs and opportunities we can create. Yet here we are, in the fourth year of a lifeless economy that last month didn’t add a single new job for the millions who need one. Not a single job!
Washington tells us that 9% unemployment is the best this country can do for months or even years to come. Our own government works harder to lower our expectations than they do to find solutions.
I firmly believe that if we want different results in Washington we must stop electing the same type of people. That is why today, I will announce my candidacy for the United States Senate.
I am running again because I believe with all of my heart that the largest, richest economy can and will regain its strength and create jobs for every woman and man who wants to work, and with your help, I will go to Washington to fight each and every day for policies that will help hard working, tax paying families first.
I hope that you take a moment to connect with me on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages so you can follow my announcement today and interact with me as I seek to represent the people of Connecticut as I know them to be: direct and fair-minded … clear-thinking and unafraid to take a stand.
Time to get Connecticut working again!

It was reported the test of breath of inadmissible angle in accordance with the law of Virginia
~ Trial field not calibrated and inherently defective to use of court ~
Front Royal, Virginia: Attorney C. Todd Gilbert, who represents wrestler Kurt Angle, Olympic and professional issued the following statement today clarifying false news about the evidence against Mr. angle following his arrest Saturday night.
Mr. Gilbert stated, "a local newspaper reported today that percentage of my client of alcohol from the blood in the place of his detention on Saturday night was 091." The media report are not the hand field test unit used for this test is so intrinsically reliable and protocols for its use so defective that these results are inadmissible as evidence under Virginia law.
The results will be admissible in the courts, and that claim my client, shown that its actual blood alcohol content was un.06, well below the legal limit de.08. Machine testing of breath to determine the precise nivel.06 is one that passes the rigorous scientific standards established by the Department of forensic sciences from Virginia. This test drive is also subject to protocols written equally meticulous and previous calibrations for use. Such a protocol is a waiting period of 20 minutes for any residual alcohol present in the mouth will have evaporated before the test and therefore will not cause a false positive or a result which is higher than Royal blood alcohol content. The test unit of breath of hand used by soldiers of the State in this case is simply a tool to assist the police in the determination of probable cause, but their results are inaccurate and why they are inadmissible in court. For example, not those 20 minutes waiting period is carried out by officers in the field prior to use. As such, today's report is incomplete and misleading.
"Mr. angle still wishing to be scientifically valid results from the alcohol content of the blood Royal presented in court in order to delete it from this post".
