Terri Runnels demand New Jack for libel, to stop the sale of sexually explicit photographs
The Orlando Sentinel reports that the former WWE talent Terri Runnels has filed a lawsuit against his former teammate Jerome Young of "new Jack", accusing him of defamation for what she calls a series of slanders stated in line about his sex life and your appetite for drugs and alcohol.
She also asks the judge to prevent young itinerant selling photos sexually explicit it.
The lawsuit, filed in State circuit court on Monday, is unspecified damage. Their statements, alleged the demand, they are false, malicious, scandalous and "exceeded the bounds of civilized society".
New Jack and Cody were involved in a relationship for a year and half but recently disbanded. Then he began to publish comments on Facebook, accusing her of popping pills of pain, drinking vodka, cranberry at 5: 30 juice "every morning!" according to demand. He has also accused of exposing associated to sexually transmitted diseases.
New Jack said that nothing has been said or written on Facebook about Cody is true. Someone else runs its Facebook page, he said, and it may be that other people have written things there that are false, in particular, complaints about a sexually transmitted disease.
He admitted that the offer to sell photographs sexually explicit Cody. He hasn't done that, he said, but he could have passed them free of charge to a friend from your cell phone.
"Someone sent naked pictures, this is not a crime," said.
Runnels lawyer, Alan Stagmeier, fears New Jack sell photos before he could get the case of Linda Schoonover circuit judge assigned to the case. To issue an injunction, it is asking that he prohibits selling the photos to New Jack.
Runnels condoned in these photos, believing that it would keep private, according to his costume.
