Day 6 years we were given the message tragic World Wrestling, the death of a great fighter, a warrior's death, the death of the great Eddie Guerrero.
Eddie was dead in the bathroom of room of the Marriott Hotel in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, November 13, 2005 found. His remains were in Phoenix, Arizona buried, place where thought to in with his family after his friend accompany retired wrestler "Superstar" Billy Graham. It is believed that Guerrero service alarm times that day at seven o'clock in the morning, but have no answer in his room, his nephew Chavo Guerrero, Jr. tried hotel, planned to call him, without this objective. Because of this the security personnel hotel opened the door, finding Warrior dead. WWE confirmed in a press conference.

After the doctors autopsy confirmed that he died due to an attack and that he already suffered from heart problems, it gives Cansara by his demanding profession of the wrestler. The widow of Guerrero of the coroner of the Hennepin County in an interview for the website of the WWE made it clear, he reiterated the problem of the heart as the cause of his death.
Chavo Guerrero said, that Eddie hard, training was what made him very tired physically. Stephanie McMahon, told a press conference, that was only 2 days after his death, Eddie against Batista and Randy Orton, administration, to his first World Heavyweight Championship win.

Booker T To Wrestle? Referee Injured, CM Punk Remembers Eddie

- WWE creative are looking to use Booker T in some kind of angle in the coming weeks that would require him to wrestle. Not much else is known about the plans, but it’s likely they want him to put somebody over.
- WWE referee Scott Armstrong suffered a rib injury at last Sunday’s Night of Champions PPV during a spot with R-Truth. He’ll be out for the next couple of weeks.
- CM Punk ended the 9/24/11 House Show in El Paso, Texas by paying tribute to his friend Eddie Guerrero:

ClubWWI.com members were surprised to see Eddie Edwards listed as the newest interview guest because, in nearly six years, World Wrestling Insanity has had very few Ring of Honor stars and never the sitting ROH Champion. But, as James Guttman points out, over the past few years, the company has seemed a bit more open to new eyes. While more casual fans may have been put off by the company's cult following and hardcore fan base back then, it seems to be more accessible to new viewers today. James asks Eddie why that might be and he offers insight into how ROH is reaching out and making more fans feel like they're part of the show.
"I think a lot of that has to do with the Internet pay-per-views we're doing now. HDNet helped us out a lot with that too. Of course, we've gone our separate ways since then, but that was opening up a whole new market and a whole new area to show what Ring of Honor is and what we can do. Now with the Internet pay-per-views, people who aren't in the area or can't drive to shows have a chance to check out Ring of Honor as a live show on the Internet and that's really helping out. Because, if someone can't make it to the show, how else are they gonna check it out if they don't have the resources or don't feel like waiting for the DVD? Some people want to watch it live and I think the Internet pay-per-views have really helped out with the live aspect of it.
So with all those new eyes, James asks a question about a recent ClubWWI audio he did. In it, he made the case that it would be easier for ROH to overtake TNA's spot as the #2 wrestling company in America than it would be for TNA to overtake WWE as #1. Guttman poses that question to Eddie and asks if ROH would need to make any chances to their product in order to make that happen or if they could continue as-is and rise to the next level. Eddie answers:
"I think it's a legit thing that could happen. I think it's a matter of our product getting out there and more fans - like you said before, there's that sense that there's that hardcore fan base that's concentrated on Ring of Honor. Some fans might be a little sceptical or gun-shy to come on board. But I think if we put our product out there - have somewhere to put it out there - and show fans what we can do, we'll have people jumping on board day after day after day, you know. I don't think we would have to change our product and I don't think we would. Just by saying "Ring of Honor", you know what it is and you know what to expect. So I think we wouldn't want to change what we've done. All the history that Ring of Honor has has been building up to this point and if we get that chance to go to the next level, it's all been leading up to that point. So there would be no point in changing what we've done or how we got to where we are. Because we still have to go out there and show them we're the best wrestling in America. I think that's what would be what drives the fans to want to come see us and what we do. Once they realize what's going on in Ring of Honor, people aren't going to want to stop seeing the way we do it."
JG then brings up a name from the past - Pedro Morales. Although most of Morales's career was before his time watching, Guttman was familiar with Pedro's accomplishments because he was the first Triple Crown Champion in the WWF (World, Intercontinental, and Tag Champion). Now, Eddie is ROH's Pedro Morales as he's become the first to hold the ROH Tag Titles, TV Title (the first one), and now World. He asks Edwards about this achievement that can never be washed away from the record books. Champions may come and go, but the first Triple Crown Champion is etched in history. The American Wolf agrees and explains the honor to ClubWWI.com listeners:
"It's an amazing thing to accomplish because there has been so many amazing wrestlers who have been a part of Ring of Honor and still are today. To not only be the first TV Champion, as you said, but to be the first Triple Crown Champion - that's also surreal. Winning the championship and then realizing I was the first Triple Crown Champion in history is another surreal feeling and an amazing accomplishment for myself and for Ring of Honor...You can't change history. You can't rewrite the history books. So no matter when you look at it, I'll be at the top of that list. It's pretty unbelievable."

His reaction on becoming the new ROH World Champion after defeating Roderick Strong at Ring of Honor's "Manhattan Mayhem IV" this past Saturday night in New York City and why he describes that moment as "a surreal feeling": "It's still sinking in now. I'm still getting text messages and calls. When I heard that three count, and just to see that crowd, and hear and feel what was going on. People are saying that the building was vibrating, and it's crazy to think about that it was something that involved me. It was a surreal feeling, and it still is."
His feelings on being Ring of Honor's biggest social media story ever: the first Ring of Honor talent currently working in ROH to be trending worldwide on Twitter: "I know trending is a good thing. I don't have a Twitter, so when (Dave) Lagana told me I was trending, I know it's a good thing. It is an honor, especially with everything going on in the world today, and to be the first one on the roster, that's always quite the accomplishment. I'm proud of not just myself, but for Ring of Honor as a product and the company."
With the challenges and challengers already lining up at Edwards' door, why he believes that he is ready for the responsibility that comes with being the ROH World Champion: "I am ready. Being put in a situation to wrestle for the championship, if you come out on top, you have a lot of responsibility, considering the guys who had the championship in the past. I have to do this thing right and prove that I'm worthy of it. I'll defend this seven days a week and twice on Sunday if need be. I just have to go out there and be ready for anything."
Why it is his mission statement to represent ROH well as its World Champion and to show why Ring of Honor is "the best wrestling in America": "It's an enormous challenge with a company like Ring of Honor, and now for me to be champion and representing the company the way I am, it's a huge challenge. I know I have to go out there and perform the best, I have to be the best on each and every show, and it's not at just Ring of Honor. It's at every place that I go. I'm representing Ring of Honor. I need to show what I can do and and show people not only why I'm the champion, but why Ring of Honor is the best wrestling in America."

ROH Owner Talks About Eddie Edwards' ROH Title Win

You Know When it’s Right.

After Todd Sinclair counted 1….2…3…. on Saturday Night, I knew we had gotten it right.
Ring of Honor returned to NYC on a big weekend for combat sports in the Big Apple. We weren’t alone in town with Vince McMahon’s WWE across the street at Madison Square Garden and the UFC in Newark, NJ. We moved our show to 4pm to make sure our fans could attend both events. We saw made sure with our event to kick the weekend off right. And when those three seconds happened and a new ROH World Champion was crowned, I knew what we all had been working for the last nine years… we had gotten it right!
Eddie Edwards became our new World Champion and it was my pleasure to get in the ring and shake his hand as the best wrestler in the world. Roderick Strong proved over the last seven months that he was fighting champion for this company. And the level of physicality these two unleashed on each other showed just how bad they both wanted to be known as the best in the world. I knew we had something special after that match when the fans didn’t want to leave; they wanted to stay and celebrate.
Ring of Honor’s events have always been a cut above when it comes to in ring action and how you, our fans, react. I want to invite anyone who has never been to one of our NYC events to come join us on June 26h at 4pm. We return to the Hammerstein Ballroom with what will be our biggest event in our history. Make a weekend out of it, see the city in the summer, attend a Yankee game and be with us at the Manhattan Center. Jim Cornette announced the show will highlight “The Best in the World” and I want you to know that means not only the best wrestlers in the world but the best fans in the world.
If you can’t wait for June 26th, we are returning to iPPV in Atlanta when “Honor Takes Center Stage.” Our Wrestlemania weekend shows are a chance for fans from around the world to see us live. And for the first time this year, if you can’t be at the shows, you’ll be able to watch both on your computer. We’re very excited by the technology and opportunity working with GoFightLive.tv; allowing every wrestling fan a chance to watch ROH live.
Your support makes us stronger. When Eddie Edwards won the title on Saturday, the news spread so fast and wide that his name trended on Twitter worldwide. That’s the first time anyone from this company has ever done that. You, our fans, made that happen. And I’m excited to see what we all can create in Atlanta, Detroit, Toronto, Dayton, Chicago, NYC and every place we go.
