WWE’S Friday Night Smackdown WAS #1 IN CABLE ON SEPTEMBER 23

STAMFORD – September 28, 2011 – WWE Friday Night Smackdown was the # 1 show on Cable with 3.25 million total viewers on Friday, September 23. This was the highest rated Friday episode of Smackdown on Syfy among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49. The 2.1 household rating is up +17% versus last week garnering 1.35 million Adults 18-49 and 1.36 million Adults 25-54.

Other ratings highlights:

Smackdown was the #1 telecast in cable on Friday with male viewers overall and with Men 18-49 and 25-54.

Smackdown was watched by 1,182,000 female viewers, beating all programming on CW, TLC, A&E, HGTV, Food Network, Lifetime, Hallmark, and Oxygen.

Smackdown was watched in the most homes since April 8, 2011, which was the first Smackdown after WrestleMania XXVII.

Originating from the Nutter Center in Dayton, OH, Friday Night Smackdown featured WWE’s biggest Superstars and Divas, including World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry®, Randy Orton®, Christian®, Sheamus™, Sin Cara™, Cody Rhodes™, Daniel Bryan™, Natalya™ and Beth Phoenix™. WWE Friday Night Smackdown airs from 8-10 PM/ET on Syfy.

-As regards Star RAW appearing at SmackDown now that have been announced the RAW Supershows, believed that it will not be an episode every Friday due to the extra day of travel that would be added to their schedules.

-The decision to CM Punk vs. Triple H at Night of Champions was made during the weekend. The match had been drawn in to the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Still no no official word yet on what is keeping Kevin Nash's work coincides with a full but more sorry that you will resolve soon.

I feud the Nash vs Punk was to lead the Party of Punk vs Triple H, but now the plan is to make Triple H vs first Punk and then Nash vs Punk. Original plans had to put on Punk on Nash.

May 7, 2011 - 10:08:06 AM - Kharma made her WWE live event debut at last night's show in Dothan, Alabama. After Eve Torres lost to Divas Champion Brie Bella, Kharma came out to attack her. Until last night's attack on Eve, Kharma has previously attacked heel WWE Divas - Michelle McCool, Maryse and Alicia Fox.

- On the same show, WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat came out to be the guest host but was interrupted by Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio attacked Steamboat which brought out Rey Mysterio, which brought out CM Punk and then Kofi Kingston. This all set up Kofi and Rey vs. Del Rio and Punk later on, which the babyfaces won.

- The angle with Jinder Mahal, The Great Khali and Ranjin Singh on SmackDown is supposed to lead to Khali turning heel, with the idea he's become too soft as a babyface and is no longer the monster he once was. Mahal and Khali are scheduled to form a heel tag team with Mahal carrying most of their work.

"Thank U to my supporters. I was not drunk. I was in ice storm and my car slid into 3 ft of snow median. I called police 4 help. They had other plans. I was stuck and wanted to go to my hotel. I was not passed out Drunk. I was co-herent. I'm sorry if I let you down. Don't believe everything You read. My life is good and this is a speed bump in the road. The truth will come out. GOD Bless. I take responsibility."

Angle also wrote that his job is to stay clean and never put himself in jeopardy, noting that TMZ blew the story out of proportion that and that he would give the real story once his hearings were over. He since deleted that message.
