Animal's Son Discusses His Induction, Punk Comments on Scott Hall, More

Apr 3, 2011 - 7:32:27 AM - WWE has posted footage of James Laurinaitis discussing his father Road Warrior Animal's induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Animal was recently asked on Twitter if James would be doing any wrestling and he replied that they have talked about it. Here's the video:
- WWE held an event on Saturday with 30 kids from Make-A-Wish at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. John Cena, Kofi Kingston and other WWE Superstars participated. The kids were presented with "Circle of Champions" certificates and got to hang out with the WWE crew.
- As noted before, Scott Hall announced that he wouldn't be attending the WrestleMania 27 festivities in Atlanta this weekend because the atmosphere would be too much for him to handle as he tries to stay sober.
Last night, CM Punk wrote the following on Twitter regarding Hall: "Is it true that Scott Hall didn't attend the HOF due to it being a situation that threatened his sobriety? If so this needs to be commended."

Joey Styles Ridicules WWE For WCW Failure, Sunny Comments On HOF Induction

Mar 23, 2011 - 12:04:00 PM -- Ten years ago today, World Wrestling Entertainment announced the purchase of World Championship Wrestling from Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. WWE Director of Digital Media Content Joey Styles took to Twitter to chastise his employer for botching the subsequent "Invasion" storyline.
He wrote, "10 years ago today WWF bought WCW...tried a WCW vs. WWF story without Flair, Sting, Nash, Goldberg, etc...BOMB! Then tried WWECW...BIG BOMB!"
It is widely believed that WWE cost themselves millions of dollars by not utilizing big-name WCW talent for the storyline, such as Hulk Hogan, Bill Goldberg, Sting and Lex Luger.
-- WWE Hall of Famer Sunny appears In The Room with Pro Wrestling Illustrated contributing writer Brady Hicks to discuss being the youngest inductee in the organization's history, as well as her thoughts on being involved with World Wrestling Entertainment again. (Listen Here)
-- WWE has a huge media day planned for Friday, April 1 in Atlanta, Georgia as a good portion of the roster will be on hand for interviews at the Georgia Dome to promote WrestleMania XXVII.

-- Speaking of Sytch, she will make an appearance at the Continental Wrestling Federation's Superclash at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center on July 8.
-- The Snooki appearance on Raw received mentions in most of the New York City area newspapers this morning.
-- Joey Styles posted the following on his Twitter last night? "I just interviewed JBL for WWE.com. Here's his newest company: http://www.newleafbrands.com/. As a father, I liked his anti-bullying comments" Remember when Styles knocked JBL out on an airplane?!
