- From TampaBayOnline:

A Pinellas County circuit judge has dismissed a lawsuit that claimed Hulk Hogan’s insurance company provided inadequate coverage before Hogan’s teenage son got into a car wreck that left a passenger severely injured.

As a result of that inadequate coverage, Hogan said in a lawsuit he filed in April 2010, he had to use some of his own money in an out-of-court settlement with the guardian for passenger John Graziano.

The suit was filed against Wells Fargo Southeast, which has been subsumed by Wells Fargo USA. The company had provided insurance for Hogan for nearly 10 years, with coverage for his homes, boats, watercraft and motor vehicles.

At issue was whether Wells Fargo advised Hogan to increase his insurance as his risk grew, especially as his children became teenagers who could drive, his lawsuit says. Hogan said the insurance company never gave him advice on excess or so-called umbrella insurance.

The former WWE Intercontinental Champion says Karen was sexually harassed by TNA Wrestling president Dixie Carter's husband Serge Salinas.

Triple H-Stephanie McMahon-WWE Lawsuit Settled

Triple H-Stephanie McMahon-WWE Lawsuit Settled

Partial Source: PWInsider.com

According to a source, lawsuit between two Motor Coach companies that featured Triple H, Stephanie McMahon-Levesque and World Wrestling Entertainment named as third party defendants over a coach bus that was to be specifically created and designed for their family to use on the road was settled out of court on March 11th. The case was dismissed with prejudice. This means that the sides cannot bring another actionable claim against the other.

Back in January of 2010, the plaintiff, Music City Coach, alleged that they were hired by defendant Star City Coach, LTD. to create a specified coach bus for the Levesque family. There were allegedly issues with the payments from Star's side with over $216,000 still owed to Music City. According to the suit, the total cost of the coach's modifications were $325,000.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon-Levesque are involved because Music City alleged that a Star City employee, Terry Sims, who had been assigned to drive the family's coach, made statements he was working as the Levesques' "agent" while passing along orders of specifications for the coach bus by the family. The lawsuit claimed that Sims "represented himself to Star City as an agent of the Levesques and the Levesques never indicated he was not acting on their authority despite numerous meetings between Star City representatives and the Levesques." The suit also claims that the Levesques were acting "as agents" for World Wrestling Entertainment, which is how WWE as a company was dragged into the suit. When the payments were not made for the coach, US Marshals seized it. Star City claimed the Levesque family and WWE were liable for the balance owed at the time, $216,666.66.

The terms of the settlement were sealed but based on the legal proceedings; it appears the settlement was between the two primary parties and not anyone from the Levesque or WWE's end of things.
