"In accordance with its talent wellness program WWE has suspended referee Mike Chioda for 30 days of its policy for his first violation."
It is unlikely that he will use steroids, would, so it may be some free time such as marijuana.

Due to circumstances which was beyond the control of Shawn Michaels, his agents at Encore sports & entertainment, LLC regrets to announce that the announced 1PW tour management calculated on 6 October 2011 in London, England canceled. Despite numerous efforts to work with and communicate with 1PW management during the past month our efforts have not reciprocated was. Shawn is very disappointed by this result, but it was inevitable in the circumstances. It is Shawn hope that this announcement comes far enough in advance of the proposed tour dates, so that it no inconvenience for his fans.

McMahon breaks a policy for the return of the Punk, recent figures from WWE assistance

* RAW on July 22 in Springfield, MA told 4,000 fans for $120,000.
* RAW July 23 in Wildwood, New Jersey drew 6,000 fans of $195,000.
* SmackDown July 23 in Pittsburgh, PA drew 4,300 fans for $156,000.
* RAW on July 24 in Upper Marlboro, MD said 3,300 fans of $112,000.
* SmackDown on July 24 in White Plains, New York was a sellout of 4,300 fans of $180,000.
* Monday Night RAW from Hampton, VA on July 25 was a sellout with 8,000 fans.
-It was noted that CM Punk got Vince McMahon to do something that has had a policy against doing the majority of cases - paid rights royalties to use popular songs instead of music created in WWE, as Punk premiums "cult of personality Living Colour" on Monday.

"There is one main reason."

New Hall of Famer Dismisses WWE's Wellness Policy - Says Not Everyone Is 'Clean'
New WWE Hall of Famer Road Warrior Animal, who is scheduled to host a Raw live event later this month at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, does not believe that all of WWE's talent is in compliance with the organization's stringent drug testing policy.
Speaking out to Power Slam magazine days before his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, Animal was asked about how important the larger-than-life, steroid-enhanced physiques were to the image of The Road Warriors. He was also asked if the team would have been the same force had they debuted in the modern WWE era where performers are drug tested.
"Let's be totally honest with people right now. Look at the guys that are in [WWE] now. If anybody thinks that everybody there is 100-percent clean, they've got be smoking something," he replied.
"I know they get drug tested and they do catch people, and people do get suspended, but I really don't believe that everybody gets drug tested on the same level. I know the look of a person who looks like they've been on or off [steroids]."
"When we took them, it was totally legal to carry them on you."
Diana Hart, mother of WWE Superstar David Hart Smith, made a similar claim during an interview three years ago as she wondered whether the same rules were being applied to all of WWE's performers. This was based on WWE waiting close to two months in 2007 to publicize the results of a drug test her son had failed, and taking action only after promoting him to the main roster.
WWE has not issued a suspension related to performance-enhancing drugs in over two and half years—to Dolph Ziggler on October 10, 2008.

WWE Announces Revised Dividend Policy
Adjusts Quarterly Dividend to $0.12 per share
STAMFORD, Conn.-- WWE (NYSE:WWE) today announced a revised dividend policy to enhance the Company's financial flexibility and support the "New WWE" initiative. Beginning in June of 2011, the Company's quarterly dividend will be adjusted to $0.12 per share of common stock held by the Company's Class A public shareholders. Members of the McMahon family will also receive dividends in the revised per share amount and, as a result, all Class A and Class B shares will receive dividends in the amount of $0.12 per share.
"Our Board of Directors has determined that an adjustment to the current dividend is both prudent and appropriate," stated Vince McMahon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We believe this change strikes the right balance between returning capital to shareholders and investing in our future. We are confident that WWE is ideally positioned to create long term value for our shareholders."
"The Company's revised quarterly dividend was set based on targeted ranges for payout ratios and liquidity levels," stated George Barrios, Chief Financial Officer. "Aligning payouts with our current level of earnings and cash flow will significantly enhance our financial flexibility, support our current growth initiatives, and enable us to take advantage of important strategic opportunities in a quickly changing media landscape, including executing on our 'New WWE' initiative."
WWE's management and Board remain committed to delivering value for the Company's shareholders, and the revised dividend will continue to return significant cash to its investors. The revised quarterly payout of $0.12 per share provides a yield of 4.2% based on the April 28 stock price, representing an approximate 130% premium to the S&P 500. Further, the Board will continue to review the Company's dividend policy on an ongoing basis, including the appropriateness of one-time returns of capital.
The new quarterly dividend rate will become effective with our June 2011 dividend payment. The record date for the dividend will be June 15, 2011, with a payment date of June 27, 2011.

Heat On Sin Cara, New WWE Autograph Policy, Draft Note, Hart’s Tough Enough Speech
- According to the PWTorch, there is some heat on Sin Cara backstage for carrying himself like a top star. Although he was a big name in Mexico, he has yet to earn his WWE stripes.
- WWE have informed talent that they are no longer allowed to sign autographs on money, skin or clothing, following an incident where a child got an expensive jacket signed to the horror of their parent.
- The Big Show and Kane will appear on both Raw and Smackdown until they drop the tag team titles.
- A speech by Bret Hart for Tough Enough was edited to remove the words wrestling and wrestlers. He noted on Twitter afterwards:
“The main points I said were to never hurt yourself or your opponent and to never forget the fan inside you that was sitting in the stands.”
Bill Goldberg then replied to Bret:
“I feel like you were talking to me….”
Goldberg played a role in Bret’s retirement when he accidentally thrust kicked him in the head causing a concussion.
