CM Punk Gets A New Tattoo, WWE Hires New VP Of Talent Relations & More

-- Sports Business Daily is reporting that WWE has hired Jane Geddes as the company's new VP of Talent Relations. Geddes was formerly the Senior VP/Tournament Operations & Player Services at the LPGA golf organization.
-- Fan Page List, which ranks celebrities based on their number of Facebook and Twitter followers, has John Cena listed as the most popular WWE personality (by far) with a total score of 9,625,750. The Rock is second with 5,293,614.
-- The Chicago Tribune has a story today about CM Punk getting a new tattoo on Tuesday at Family Tattoo in Chicago.
"I did a tattoo of a dead fish on the back of his (left) shoulder," said tattoo artist Matt Wes. "It was a friendship tattoo he got with Natalie Slater of bakeanddestroy.net. There's a story behind the tattoo that means something to their friendship."

Reason for WWE hire new Vice President of talent, last Show & more Ryder relations
-Stan sent a message that there were 17 minutes and 12 seconds of action in the ring in this last WWE Superstars Thursday. This is down from the previous week.
-Big Show will be invited to record notice this next USA Network on Thursday night.
- As it has been pointed out before, WWE seeks to hire a new Vice President of talent relations. This person will work in Senior VP talent relations John Laurinaitis and became his main Assistant as it moves to a new position in the development of new talent Triple H Ty Bailey system.

Resignation Chief of TNA's talent, replaced by the former WWE Executive relations
Terry Taylor, Director of talent relations for TNA Wrestling, he has resigned from his position with the organization.
TNA released the following statement on the company Web site: "Terry Taylor, Director of relations with the talent, TNA has decided to leave TNA effective May 31, 2011." "TNA appreciates the contributions of Terry to the growth of the TNA and wishes him success in his future projects."
Dean Broadhead will oversee contractual matters, while former WWE Executive Bruce Prichard monitor remaining rights of Taylor.
Taylor had been with TNA since 2003 in a management role and served as head of talent relations for the majority of the Organization's existence.
According to sources of TNA, Prichard is not appreciated by most wrestlers in the organization. He joined the Organization last year in a capacity behind the scenes after spending several years in the WWE Vince McMahon "right-hand man".

World Wrestling Entertainment has posted a job listing on WWE-Careers.com for Vice President of Talent Relations?a title once held by John Laurinaitis (a/k/a Johnny Ace). The person would work under Laurinaitis, who reigns as Executive Vice President of Talent Relations.
The job description reads: "The VP, Talent Relations is responsible for supporting and guiding our most valued asset at WWE -- our Superstars and Divas. He/she will liaise between the EVP of Talent Relations, WWE employees, and our talent development system (FCW -- Florida Championship Wrestling). The VP, Talent Relations will also develop and maintain best practices for the Talent Relations function at WWE."
Laurinaitis was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2009 having served as Senior Vice President of Talent Relations since June 2007. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Talent Relations.
