Rey Mysterio Says He May Undergo Knee Surgery Again, Update On Skip Sheffield

-- Rey Mysterio stated this afternoon on Twitter that he may need to undergo a second surgical procedure to reinforce his posterior cruciate ligament.
He wrote, "Might need surgery #2 on my knee this week, need to go back in & reinforce the pcl ( Posterior ligament) Shouldn't b bad,hopefully!1 luv 619"
Mysterio blew out his knee while attempting a baseball slide during a match against Alberto Del Rio on the August 15 episode of Raw. He underwent surgery on August 26 to repair knee ligaments and have bone spurs removed. There is talk that he may not be able to return to action until WrestleMania XXVIII.

The former Nexus member has remained sidelined since breaking his leg and ankle on August 18, 2010 at a Raw live event in Honolulu, Hawaii. He underwent a third surgical procedure in June and vowed on Twitter that it would be his last.

-MVP won his first defense of the Intercontinental IWGP title yesterday in Japan, defeating Toru Yano in a rematch of the final of the tournament last month where he was crowned the MVP champion. Also in action in the new pay-per-view Japan Pro Wrestling domain yesterday was former star WWE Lance Hoyt and Brian Kendrick, making a surprise appearance.
-Skip Sheffield was discovered in Tampa, Florida this weekend on crutches, and one of his legs in a cast. Sheffield recently had another round of surgery and is expected to be in action at some point this year.
-John Cena wrote the following on Twitter yesterday, in response to the rock publishing a photo of Goofy last week and relating it to dinner:

Skip Sheffield, who was inactive since he his leg and ankle on August 18, 2010 in a live event for WWE in Honolulu, Hawaii, sharing on Twitter announced that another surgical procedure Tuesday will be exposed to. Wrote this:
"" "It must be a third operation Tuesday and will be the last".There are a lot of people who are much worse and that everything happens for good reason. I would like to now back and do what I love to be, but things are not good and arranged are. I will be 100% very soon and again at WWE television, thank you for everything, what you for their support. I held my head high, and I thank you enough, to the WWE for their support in this time. I worked very hard for a long time, me now, numbers, and although it was difficult and it has made me a stronger person. So please have patience and I will, I promise you. "

- There is a feeling backstage that Kharma is working too stiff for the other Divas. Alicia Fox suffered a shoulder injury after being clotheslined by the former Awesome Kong on SmackDown.
