TNA star is smoking to lose weight, more information on the status of the contract of the dreamer

26 2011-4: 09: 28 PM - with regard to the report of Tommy Dreamer with TNA Wrestling contract would end the month that comes, is true. In an interview published recently with the fighter reveals that TNA wanted to sign contract for two years last year, but only wanted to one year. He also said that he is "satisfied" with TNA.
Dreamer made his debut on June 13, 2010 at Slammiversary.
-Tammy Sytch declared on Tuesday that a performer in your Facebook account or performer for TNA Wrestling took over recently quit due to pressure from the Administration for weight loss.
He wrote, "an artist performer TNA began the unhealthy habit of smoking, under pressure from the Administration for weight loss... practices of big business by TNA!" Good job! "I smell suit!"
Sytch added more: "is not a history... is something directly told me of this person... and no, I'm not giving any names."

WWE Defends Smoking Angle, Kurt Angle Injured? ROH Remembers Larry Sweeney, Neidhart Arrested
- In response to anti-smoking campaigners WWE made the following announcement regarding R-Truth lighting up on the UK tour:
“The negative effect smoking has on one’s health and physical performance was a part of a storyline on last night’s Monday Night Raw. Negative depictions of tobacco use on television are not unusual and can be seen on other TV-PG shows.”
- Kurt Angle noted on Twitter:
“Separated my shoulder at Lockdown. Much pain. May have lost but I broke Jarrett’s ribs. All of a sudden My pain is gone. Lol. Heading to TV”
- ROH put out the following remembrance for Larry Sweeney:
“Sweet and Sour” Larry Sweeney was a one of a kind performer who riled up the fans and touched all those he became close with in his personal life. Sweeney’s compelling charisma and unique personality will never be forgotten by ROH fans and especially those friends that he was closest to.
During his time in ROH, Sweeney managed the likes of Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, Davey Richards, and many more gifted wrestlers that he took to the top. Sweeney was a highlight of every ROH event that he participated in, with his strong passion and intelligence for professional wrestling showing through. Sweeney captured the attention of every fan that saw him perform in and out of the ring.
Sweeney is deeply missed by everyone in Ring of Honor and we want to pay tribute to the man with a match that we know he would enjoy with not only two of Sweeney’s favorite current wrestlers, but two very close friends.
Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana will face the “Insane Savant” Delirious at “ROH Revolution: Canada” on May 7th when ROH returns to the Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto!
Delirious has not been seen in an ROH ring since August 2010 when he suffered a very serious injury at the hands of the All Night Express. One of the most distinctive competitors in the history of ROH, Delirious and his high energy style will return in Toronto after a long 9 month absence to pay tribute to one of his close friends.
Colt Cabana has repeatedly said that he wants straight-up, hold-for-hold competition without having to worry about a dirty move or shady trick. Cabana was very excited after receiving the news of his Toronto contest and he is certain it will be a great match representing honor and the memory of an overwhelmingly talented man.
“Larry Sweeney was a showman, an entertainer and a professional wrestler,” stated Cabana. “I can’t wait to dedicate this exhibition of those three things in a match versus another pro who feels the same way. I’m sure it will be an emotional match, but we all know Larry would’ve wanted everyone to smile, laugh and enjoy every second of the match. No doubt about it.”
It will undoubtedly be a fun and exciting match to honor a brother that we have all lost. “ROH Revolution: Canada” will be a roller coaster of emotions that you won’t want to miss.
- Former wrestling star Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, was arrested recently in Tampa, Florida for driving without a license and for operating an unregistered vehicle. He was released on a $750 bond.
Jim is of course the father of WWE’s Natalya.
Abyss Injury Update, Nash Updates Us On Hall, R-Truth Smoking Update, Ziggler’s Hair
- During his match with RVD on Impact Abyss had his bottom set of teeth broken and will need surgery to repair it. Van Dam caught him with a stiff springboard.
- Kevin Nash posted up a blog on the status of Scott Hall. He wrote:
Over the last few weeks, since the horrifying New England appearance of Scott Hall, my Twitter page has blown up with plea’s to help Scott. First of all, nobody has to ASK me to help Scott Hall. I consider Scott like a brother. He’s much more than a friend. I have spent more time with Scott Hall in the last 18 years than I have with my wife in the 23 years we’ve been married. We have no secrets between each other. This is ‘real life’. Nobody knows what Scott has gone thru since early childhood to what he has gone thru up unto this point, except for me. I can tell you Scott Hall has neither a drug or alcohol addiction, Scott’s problem is he suffer’s from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Drugs and alcohol aren’t the problem, to Scott they are the solution. He is a fragile and broken human being, not a race horse that you take a whip to to perform. Scott Hall is in bad shape and each time I talk to him I feel it may be the last. It’s gotten to the point where I save his voice mails, much like I would’ve saved Andrew’s (Tess), because I knew sometimes when I heard his message it could be the last. The media will want to blame wrestling when Scott passes. Scott was broken way before he broke into the ring for the first time…I know this is an old one, but good one (do not judge a man until you walk a mile in his shoes). - Red Eye did a segment on R-Truth smoking and generally backed up WWE. They agreed that kids need to learn that bad guys do bad things.

WWE Giving Teenagers a Tryout, R-Truth's Smoking Angle on RAW, More
- Several readers have sent word that R-Truth's smoking did not air on RAW in the UK last night. If anyone has more details about what aired and what didn't, please feel free to send them in.
- As noted before, Lowell Weicker, Jr. is leaving WWE's Board of Directors after 15 years of service. The change comes with WWE's new re-branding campaign. WWE will elect a new board member during their April 29th shareholders meeting.
- Teenage independent wrestlers Zak Knight and Britani Knight are getting tryouts with WWE at the SmackDown tapings from London today. They are brother and sister and their parents have been involved in the UK wrestling scene for years. Britani received a tryout with WWE back in November of 2010 also.
