Main event Championship Wrestling presents: Main event experience | TV recording; WWE Hall of Fame - Jerry "The King" Lawler and former WWE, TNA, WCW Superstar-"Big Poppa pump" Scott Steiner

Evansville, Ind.: Main event Championship Wrestling (MECW) has announced today, his direct, pro wrestling
event in Kokomo, Indiana. The show marks the return of Jerry "the King" Lawler and Scott Steiner to MECW.
The MECW experience will be held in the Kokomo Memorial Gym - 200 Apperson form in Kokomo
Indiana. This show is scheduled to be held Saturday, September 24, 2011.
This will not only be an opportunity for wrestling fans to see these legends of wrestling in action, but will also be a
opportunity for wrestling fans see these favorites close and in person when MECW leads them to Kokomo,
Indiana: live! More names to be announced! Doors open: 5: 00 pm EST and Bell time: 7: 00 pm EST
Savannah R Gragg Scholarship Fund

Besides MECW invade Kokomo, Indiana with great fight pro action, this event will be a fundraiser for the benefit of the Savannah R Gragg Scholarship Fund. Savannah R Gragg was a girl of 9-year-old from Kokomo, in
He lost his life in a dog attack last year. This Fund will enable one or more of the companions of Savannah have a
Scholarship provided to them in 2019. MECW and The Gragg family are working closely to ensure that they provide
Entertainment family on 24 September and helps keep alive the memory of Savannah.

-Scott Steiner apparently said the independent promotion trailer in Quebec that when he went to work their show on May 3, came back from the Canadian border. Actually worked Steiner recently independent a few weeks back on Canada.

-Former WWE Intercontinental and tag team champion Jacques Rougeau, Jr., fought against what he claims was his retirement match on May 28 in Drummondville, Quebec in front of a nice crowd of 2,750 fans. Rougeau with his son Rougeau JJ to face Frank machine and former WWE star Kurrgan.

-In accordance with the Organization of charity RAINN, Mick Foley had 700 people donate a total of $120,491.89 during the months of April and may. WWE and TNA both have contributed $10,000 each.

- For what it's worth, the official Twitter page for Live Audio Wrestling says that they spoke to Scott Steiner this weekend and he will not be at tonight's TNA Sacrifice pay-per-view to wrestle Matt Morgan.

- TNA is filming an angle today or already filmed it Saturday where Karen Jarrett injures her ankle in a fall at her and Jeff Jarrett's home. The storyline injury will prevent her from wrestling at tonight's Sacrifice pay-per-view with Jeff in the match against Chyna and Kurt Angle.

Karen wrote the following online:

"Had a bad fall today!!! :( can't hardly walk!!!"

"Due to my fall, not sure I will be up to having a match on Sunday at the PPV...."

-- Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Diamond Dallas Page turns 55 years old today while WWE Hall of Famer Sika turns 66. Happy b-day to both! It should also be noted that Lex Luger, Diamond Dallas Page and Nikita Koloff were at this past Saturday's WWE Hall of Fame event.

STAMFORD, Conn., April 4, 2011 – Arguably the most anticipated match in WWE® history was set tonight on Monday Night Raw®. WWE Superstar John Cena and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will face off at WrestleMania XXVIII on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Sun Life Stadium in The Rock’s hometown of Miami, Florida.

Last night at WrestleMania XXVII, The Brahma Bull™ denied John Cena the WWE Championship when he jumped into the ring and delivered a Rock Bottom to Cena during the title match vs. The Miz®. The Rock and Cena met in the ring just minutes ago on Monday Night Raw on USA Network and the challenge that everyone was looking forward to was finally issued. WrestleMania XXVIII will be broadcast in more than 100 countries around the world.

WWE® made history again last night as WrestleMania®, for the second consecutive year, became the highest grossing and most attended entertainment event in the host venue. WrestleMania XXVII grossed $6.6 million, with 71,617 fans from all 50 states and 30 countries attending the sold out event at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The annual pop-culture extravaganza was broadcast around the world on pay-per-view in more than 100 countries and 20 languages.

Ticket information for WrestleMania XXVIII will be announced later this year.

- The post Wrestlemania episode of Monday Night Raw drew a 3.8 rating on the USA Network.

The Hall of Fame ceremony pulled a 2.36 rating.

Tough Enough scored a 2.51 rating.

- Kurt Angle has further changed his story about making the anle lock comments on Twitter. He said on the Wrestling News Live show that his account wasn’t hacked, but that a family member made the comments while he was sleeping.

- The lawsuit between Ric Flair and HighSpots.com is back on after Flair decided not to settle after all.

The suit was originally filed by Highspots, who claim Flair owes them $35,000 on a loan. Flair gave Highspots the original NWA Belt as collateral for the loan, which they tried to auction off, but then another company Combraco, Inc., revealed they already held a lien on the belt.

- The Miz suffered a concussion during Wrestlemania when John Cena tackled him from the barrier to the floor during their main event match.

- TNA’s Scott Steiner was backstage at Wrestlemania hanging out with his former peers.

- Diamond Dallas Page turns 55 today while former WWF tag team champion Sika Anoa'i turns 66.

- John Cena will be appearing on next week's episode of WWE Tough Enough.

- WWE will tape tonight's NXT and this week's SmackDown from the Time Warner Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. No matches have been announced but Triple H is being advertised for a special appearance. Advertised locally is a 10-man match with Undertaker, Big Show, Edge, Christian and Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio and The Corre.

-- Desmond Wolfe has been hanging out backstage at most iMPACT! television tapings. He shows up early in the day, visits with friends and is usually gone by showtime. He remains under contract to TNA Wrestling and is out on medical leave with an undisclosed illness. As noted several weeks ago here on the website, this is the same illness that WWE found out about during a pre-WWE screening and opted not to sign him.

-- Sarita, who rarely works TNA house shows, announced on Facebook that she will be on hand for this weekend's events in Virginia.

-- TNA runs in Norfolk, Virginia on February 25th and Richmond, Virginia on February 26th. Here is the card for those shows:
