- Some of the Buffalo Bills players were in attendance at last night's WWE Night of Champions pay-per-view in Buffalo, NY. On a related note, former WWE announcer Todd Grisham was in attendance for the Atlanta Falcons vs. Philadelphia Eagles game in Atlanta.

- WWE referred John Laurinaitis as Mr. Future Endeavors for the first time last night at Night of Champions.

- Several fans noted that security was taking away a lot of signs last night at the pay-per-view in Buffalo.

- After Beth Phoenix lost to Kelly Kelly in her hometown, there was a huge "bullshit" chant from the crowd for over a minute. WWE had Beth penciled in to win the Divas Title for weeks but obviously changed plans.

Yesterday, John Cena was upset after the discovery of a note on his Twitter timeline funny on mentally handicapped children. It reads: "the children on the short bus ride wearin @ Johncena shirts I see to my nieces primary school R the only 1s." "They were Jipped twice in life!"

He responded to the Twitter user who wrote the comment: "I could give two sh * ts about the t-Shirt thing, but I think that's the worst I've ever heard say that." I am officially sick. RJ, really, say what want u to Me…but that Bullsh * t was way out of line. "Karma works in strange ways one my."

He is absolutely right. This fan is pathetic.

Anti-Smoking Advocate Upset with R-Truth for RAW Angle, WWE Responds

Apr 19, 2011 - 2:04:16 PM - TMZ reports today that Patrick Reynolds, Executive Director of TobaccoFree.org, is upset with R-Truth's smoking angle on RAW last night and is demanding an apology from the RAW Superstar.

He told TMZ: "For him to smoke in front of [children] is irresponsible. At best, it's thoughtless, and at worst, if he calculated appealing to kids by posing as a bad-boy outlaw, it's evil. If he wants help in quitting, I'll be happy to be his personal coach."

WWE responded with the following statement to TMZ:

"The negative effect smoking has on one’s health and physical performance was a part of a storyline on last night’s Monday Night Raw. Negative depictions of tobacco use on television are not unusual and can be seen on other TV-PG shows."

It was claimed that either he or Melina, his girlfriend, felt Stratus took her spot at Wrestlemania XXVII. During the live performance, Morrison appeared visibly cold to Status, not making eye contact with her and dodging her following its conclusion. Morrison's treatment of Stratus reportedly hurt her feelings. Word quickly spread amongst the locker room, garnering heat for both himself and Melina among some circles.

According to a friend of Melina's, the RAW Diva is legitimately upset with Stratus. Melina has privately said that her source of contention with Stratus is not because she herself was snubbed from WrestleMania due to her, but because many of the Divas were. She's upset that many of them were snubbed from the grand event when they're on the road throughout the year, unlike her. Melina also said that she's not the only girl upset with Stratus "taking their spot."

Melina wrote a message on Twitter Tuesday defending her Diva peers, and that she will fight for them.

"I was eliminated from TE...Look how far I've come. I'm not the best but God knows I try my best! Thru all the h8 I'm still standing strong!"

"I don't care what ANY1 says, WWE Divas CAN wrestle. We prove it when we get time. I believe in them. I will fight 4 them until U see what I C."

"Thank you everyone. We have a strong group of women in the WWE. A roster that I'm proud to & be a part of."

Regarding the validity of the story, former WWE talent Sean Waltman (a/k/a X-Pac), who was on hand for WrestleMania festivities in Atlanta, wrote yesterday on Twitter that a participant of the Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match did not behave in a professional manner. He wrote to Stratus, "It was wonderful seeing you this weekend. You are a true professional, unlike someone else in your match and I don't mean Snookie."

He then added that he was very surprised and disappointed by the person's unprofessionalism.

Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer has corroborated our earlier report of members of the WWE women's locker room being upset with Trish Stratus, as well as Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

He says that several WWE Divas weren't happy with the originally planned multi-women's tag team match being nixed from WrestleMania XXVII, leaving a scant few to participate in skits, and only Lay-Cool competing. This led to heat on Stratus and Polizzi as some girls felt they "took their spots" because unlike them, they're on the road all year long.

The originally planned multi-women's tag team match was actually cut due to timing constraints, not due to Stratus and Polizzi's involvement with the pay-per-view event. Kelly Kelly, however, can attest to being "victimized" by Stratus and Polizzi since she was originally penciled in for the mixed tag team match. She concurred with Nikki Bella stating on Twitter that Snooki learned something from the Jacksonville native for her WrestleMania match, writing, "Heck ya pic tell em!!!"

Stratus appeared on Sirius XM Radio's Busted Open yesterday and politely buried John Morrison for his decision making as she indicated that he wasn't smart. She confirmed online reports that he wasn't interested in listening to her suggestions for the match, and that when she went to hug him, he gave her the cold shoulder.

Some people within WWE are attributing Morrison's unprofessional behavior to Melina, since she is his girlfriend and was left off WrestleMania XXVII. The backstage belief is that he either holds Stratus in contempt for taking Melina's spot on the card, or had to portray himself as such so that she would believe he was mean to her. Melina is one of the women's wrestlers upset with Stratus and Polizzi for "taking their spots."

- A number of fans had problems ordering Wrestlemania with the touch button system, and had to phone in and be put on hold instead. It’s unsure if WWE lost a significant number of buys because of this.

- It’s worth noting that WWE’s 71,617 “attendance record” last night at the Georgia Dome was for an “entertainment” event. The overall record was 75,892 for the 2008 SEC Championship Game in football.

This was also WWE’s number. They may have inflated it.

-- John Cena and Randy Orton def. WWE Champion The Miz and CM Punk with Michael Cole as special guest referee in a post-Monday Night Raw bonus match in Buffalo, New York. After the match, Cena mentioned they flew 15 hours to be at Raw tonight. He confirmed the sold out attendance as 16,700.

-- CM Punk and Buffalo Bills linebacker Shawne Merriman engaged in a war of words yesterday on Twitter in regards to the NFL star encountering some WWE Divas during the Raw brand's stay in Costa Rica. When reached for comment, The Straight Edge Superstar explained the matter to the Chicago Sun-Times.

"All I did was observe him walking around poolside, back and fourth, around in circles. I had no clue who he was, just knew that this guy was obviously trying to get noticed. When that didn't work, he sent his publicist after the girls, which is the most lacking of testicles thing ever. That's how we found out who he was.

"When THAT didn't work I watched him run after them as they tried to leave. Dude clowned himself and all I did was report the facts and laugh about it. On the road, the WWE is a family. The divas are my sisters, and like any big brother, I don't want creeps around my little sisters."

-- Mickie James' enthusiastic review of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's return to WWE over the weekend on Twitter reportedly upset some of her wrestler colleagues as they feel she shouldn't be putting over the competition.

She wrote: "Finally getting a chance to catch up on @TheRock's charismatic return... Literally got chills... & remembered why I do... What I do!"

It's said to not be a big deal. There were simply some people rolling their eyes at the tweet for obvious reasons.
