ROH sent out the following today…

As all our fans know, ROH had December 17th in the Grand Ballroom at the Manhattan Center booked for Final Battle 2011 for a year now. We put tickets on sale on September 17th to a great response. Just a few days later we were notified by the Manhattan Center that due to an error on their part we are unable to have Final Battle in the Grand Ballroom on December 17th. Working together to find the best solution for our fans, ROH and the Manhattan Center have agreed and are pleased to announce that Final Battle has been moved to Friday, December 23rd, and will now take place in the larger Hammerstein Ballroom. Additionally, all future Ring of Honor events at the Manhattan Center will take place in the more spacious Hammerstein Ballroom.

If you have already purchased tickets please read the following:

All ringside tickets purchased will remain the same & will be honored on the new date. Unfortunately all balcony tickets must be returned to the ROH offices so we can issue a new equivalent ticket for the Hammerstein Ballroom. Tickets can be mailed back to:

-PAC vs. Chuck Taylor vs. Ricochet in a Three Way Freestyle has been signed for June 4th when DGUSA debuts in Long Island, NY. DGUSA will team up with NYWC for a double header on this day. DGUSA will begin at 8pm and NYWC will present the Bonus Card at 7pm. Fans will get into both cards for one ticket admission. The NYWC card will be: NYWC Champion Ryan "The Adrenaline" Rush & NYWC Fusion Champion "The Greek God" Papadon vs. The Order of the Black of Apollyon & Stockade; "Number One" John Silver vs. "Yours Truly" Alex Reynolds and "Platinum" Pat Buck vs. Kieran.

At 2.54pm on Monday April 4th Pro-Wrestling:EVE was informed by The Royal British Legion in Norwich (the venue for the Friday April 8 EVE DVD Tapings) that the venue was cancelling the event. The reason we were initially given was that there had been complaints made to the police about the venue holding a women's wrestling event. These complaints lead to the Police Licensing Department investigating the venue thus the venue cancelled the upcoming show. It has since emerged that the Royal British Legion who have regular wrestling events at their venue supplied to them by British wrestling legend 'Rowdy' Ricky Knight did not have the sufficient licensing in place as claimed by the venue management upon accepting the hiring of the venue.

EVE Management scrambled to find a replacement venue so as to not cancel and after a few hours we struck gold thanks to our good friends at Project Nightclub on Riverside in Norwich City.

Project Nightclub is also the setting for the after show party!

Due to the venue change however we have had to change the start times of the evenings event.

The Friday April 8 Pro-Wrestling:EVE event which now takes place at Project Nightclub on the Riverside in Norwich will now open doors at 6pm with first bell at 6.30pm.

We would also like to make it clear that it is still a family show.
