New ROH World Champion Crowned, Lex Luger To Share Christian Testimony
By Daniel Pena
Mar 20, 2011 - 6:36:43 PM -- Eddie Edwards, is the new World Champion of Ring of Honor. He captured the title at yesterday's ROH show in New York City, vanquishing Roderick Strong's six-month reign as champion.

The title change had been planned for a while, but kept under wraps to all but a few people.

Edwards' next scheduled match is against ROH World Television Champion Christopher Daniels on April 1 in Atlanta, Georgia. Daniels captured the title from Edwards last December.

-- To correct an earlier report, Tough Enough contestant Matt Cross' scheduled appearance for the Vanguard Wrestling All-Star Alliance on April 9 takes place in Oak Forest, not Oak Park (Oak Forest Park District 15601 S Central Ave. Oak Forest, Illinois). More information on the show is available at www.vwaawrestling.com and on Facebook.

-- Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Lex Luger will share his Christian testimony during a chapel service this Tuesday at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. Click here for more information.

Now a born-again Christian, Luger travels across the United States to share his testimony and warn people about the dangers of drugs.
