We kick off Impact with Fortune coming to the ring with Christopher Daniels. Daniels has the mic and says he has been in and out of TNA a lot but that’s wrestling. During his time there he has made some good friends including his best friend A.J Styles. He is looking for some redemption if Fortune agree, he would like to be the fourth member at Lockdown. Flair and Immortal hit the ring and Flair says there is not a hope in hell . He says he doesn’t even have a contract and they make they make the rules around here. Daniels says he doesn’t know as much as he thinks because the network have asked him to come back. Hogan and Bischoff come to the entry and say that is fine. Daniels has his contract but will wrestle tonight against Bully Ray. Bully Ray reminds Daniels that he put A.J threw the table and he could meet the same fate. He tells him he should take his ass back to California. Sit on his couch and do his eye liner and nail polish while watching Oprah. Daniels says he wouldn’t worry about the eye liner and nail polish until he starts beating his ass. Daniels and Fortune clear the ring! Mr Anderson is in someone’s office and receives a card from Sting that says Last week was a trainer, tonight it is showtime! Ken wishes he sent some flowers. Hogan says he is getting sick of the network trumping them. Hogan says he doesn’t know the law side of it and he wants Bischoff to fix it. Bischoff agrees.

1: Tommy Dreamer and Devon vs Anarchia and Hernandez. Boys throw punches at each other to start. Hernandez catapulted over the ropes by Dreamer. Jumping shoulder and headbutt by Devon on Anarchia in the ring. Double team move by Dreamer and Devon. Dreamer in now with some offense and the wassup with Devon. Devon with the Thesz press on Hernandez and Dreamer is taken out outside. Rosita draws the attention Devon and he lays a kiss on her. Back to Hernandez, but off the rope he is hit be a chair by Anarchia and gets the 1,2,3. Hernandez tells the girls to take the protective mat off from outside to reveal the concrete. In the ring Mexican America continue the beatdown and Hernandez looks to Border Toss him over the rope. Fortunately Morgan comes in and stops him and chokeslams Anarchia.

Backstage Winter is angry that Angelina is tagging with Velvet and apologised to her. Winter is making sure she drinks her drink and Angelina looks spaced out.

2: Samoa Joe vs Murphy. The Pope joins commentary. Murphy gets the jump on Joe. Boot to Joes face while he is on his knees. Joe explodes with a clothesline and immediatley with a Coquina Clutch gets the victory and then chases Pope out of the building.

Anderson backstage is getting a coffee finds another note. Once an assehole always an assehole. Lets finish what we started, Sting. Anderson starts yelling for Sting.

3: Rosita and Sarita(c) vs The Beautiful People for the TNA womans tag titles. Angelina looks spaced out again. Velvet beaten down by Sarita but dodges a cross body. Inverted atomic drop on Rosita now and bulldog to follow. Clothesline by Velvet and looks for a tag but Angelina’s not there. Winter at the entrance looks on as Angelina attacks Velvet visciously and Rosita pins her for the 1,2,3.

Mr Anderson has a pole and is calling for Stinger. He sees EY and Orlando and asks if they have seen him. Ey says, you mean the champ? I think he’s in the rafters, I am getting a feeling for it, what do you think. Orlando says he is into his whole assehole thing. Anderson thanks him and continues looking. Anderson is in the rafters creeping around when RVD kicks his ass wearing a trench coat. RVD mocks him while continuing to beat him down. RVD puts on a submission and puts Anderson in a bad way. RVD asks if the pole is his and chokes him with it. He then says, see you later, assehole. Recap of Anderson not getting a rematch and RVD not actually losing the title and there thoughts on Sting being champ. Sting enters the Impact Zone. Sting says this is a good night. Its so good he is going to ask RVD to come down. RVD enters the ring. Sting says he came back for a major reason and thats to stop Bischoff and Hogan. Sting says him and Anderson have been a distraction. Sting apologises for whipping RVD’s ass last year. Now he wants an apology for imitating him. RVD says when Sting was a top dog and he wasstill working the undercard he was still doin \g the same shit, moonsaults, spinkicks. But now things have changed, he’s not a small part of the show nor a quarter. He is the whole fucking show, as he will find out at Lockdown. Hogan comes to the entrance way. He says he is starting to dig RVD’s attitude. Hogan says why doesn’t he do do something crazy and have RVD vs Sting, here, tonight! Madison backstage is being a bitch to Tara and when Tara is not happy Madison reminds her who bought her back to TNA and she will go back to scrubbing toilets. Tara says she doesn’t know why she came back for her. But she does what Madison says all the same. Backstage Mr Anderson has a pole and is looking for Hogan it looks like.

4: Robbie E, Jeremy Buck and Max Buck vs Sabin, Brian Kendrick and Suicide. Robbie and Sabin start the match. Sabin with a counter but then shoulder Blocked down before a pai of hiptosses and tag to Suicide. Double team move and scoop elbow drop by Suicide and near fall. Clothesline in the corner and headbutt. Suicide hit with a slam by Robbie E. Tag to Max and he continues with some strikes. Dropkick by Max. Tag to Jeremy and jumps onto the arm of Suicide. Tag back to Max. Max with some strikes and tags Robbie E. Diving shoulder in the corner by Robbie and some stomping. Jeremy in but Max tags himself. Max eats a foot and Suicide drives his head into the second turnbuckle. Suicide tags Kendrick and dropkicks Max, forearm and another kick but gets rolled up for no count. Pair of boots to the mouth gets a near fall. Sabin takes out Robbie on the outside but Suicide misses Jeremy who slides onto the apron. Jeremy tags himself in and hits a roundhouse kick to the head and on the top rope gets pushed off by Max. Max asks him what is he doing. Max then hits the sickening DDT from the top rope. Kendrick pins Jeremy for the pinfall as Max just looks on. Max takes off his Gem Me arm band and throws it at his brother.

Hogan tells Rob Terry and Murphy the have embarrassed all of Immortal and then directs Gunner to slap the shit out of them two. Anderson is with Hogan now. Anderson says he is tired of getting beaten up every week. Right now he needs to be the ref between RVD and Sting. Hogan say why should he? Anderson says he will scratch his back. Hogan says he has been waiting for this. They shake hands and Hogan suggests he take the pipe to ref the match. Hogan looks pleased. In the parking lot Tara and Madison look to have ran Mickie over with a bike. Security and officials are telling Mickie not to move.

5: Bully Ray vs Christopher Daniels. Immortal and Fortune ringside. They lock up and Ray is too strong. Strikes and a foot choke. Taz says this is a lumberjack match. Pair of hiptoss’s by Daniels and some strikes. Ray hits Daniels outside and Immortal attack him until Fortune make there way there. Back in the ring. Bully does just that, heavy handed strikes by Ray. Ray having his way and talking smack to Fortune outside. Ray has his chain in hand but taken off him by the ref. Daniels with some forearms then grounds him with a flying one and Enzuiguiri. Hurricanrana but then stooped by a vicious clothesline. Daniels dodges the splash and hits the BME but the count is stooped by Immortal. Fortune take on Immortal and Hogan ringside hits Daniels with a chain in the head while the ref was distracted. Pinfall and winner, Bully Ray.

Jeff Jarrett hits the ring. Jeff says standing in this ring with the steel cage being constructed he knows exactly how he feels. Jeff asks if he deliberately violated his restraining order as not to fight Jeff at Lockdown. He says it is a gutless act. Jeff says he and Karen have decided not to let there kids visit Kurt in jail because they don’t need to see his thug life. Jeff says Karen “the queen” is going to come out and say a few words. However Kurt’s music hits and he comes steaming into the ring on a zip line on one hand! Kurt looks pissed. Kurt calls for the last part of the cage to be put on. The cage is set! Karen comes out to the ringside. Jeff high tails it out of there with Karen. Kurt looks on from the top of the cage. Kurt backstage says he didn’t go to jail and they seen the footage and knew Karen set it up and they thought she was a bigger bitch than he did. He also says the network have an added stipulation for Lockdown. Its real, its damn real.

6: RVD vs Sting(c) with Mr Anderson as the special referee in a non-title match. Sting with elbows but the eats one and RVD with kick from second rope and then the top. Rolling Thunder and near fall. Shoulder Blocks by RVD in the corner but misses show boating and Sting with Stinger Splash for a near fall. Anderson flips him the bird after the count. Scorpion Deathdrop by Sting but Anderson hits The Mic Check on Sting. Anderson starts counting them out and RVD makes it to his feet and hits the Five Star Frogsplash. Anderson counts the 1,2,3, winner, RVD. Anderson tries to raise his hand but RVD won’t have it. Mr Anderson gets the Title Belt and lays out RVD. Anderson says this is his title and WHERE IS HIS REMATCH! Rob Terry and Murphy clap and come down to the ring clapping. They raise Mr ANderson on there shoulders and he does a Hogan pose. Hogan comes out clapping, could this be an alliance with Anderson or is he Immortal now? Anderson hits Terry with a pole and hits both of them with a Mic Check, question answered. The End.

Pretty average Impact at best. Trying to build towards Lockdown with the storylines rather than put on a wrestling bonanza. All the matches were pretty dismal with the last two being not quite as bad as the rest. All up the stories are progressing well, but it seems there is just not enough time to fit everything in. I mean six matches and I think they touched on every single feud in TNA if only for a thirty second segment. I supose they want to keep momentum going into Lockdown but it seems we get a little short changed in the wrestling department. Need a longer show IMO and soon. On another note, Kurt Angle’s entrance was awesome! He was fair moving on his one arm entery, nice work mate.

1: Rosita with Sarita vs Mickie James. Rosita says you’s think we crossed the border? No the border crossed us and we are taking it back. Micke totally dominated apart from when Sarita got involved. Was a fast paced match and a good watch, Mickie got the bickies with a Thesz Press pin from the top rope. C+.
