River City Wrestling -- San Antonio's brand of professional wrestling -- will hold its flagship event "Texas Explosion VI" on Saturday, May 7 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Activity Center, 1630 Goliad Road in San Antonio, TX. Start time is 8 p.m. and the doors open at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets will be sold at the door at 7:30 p.m. and are as follows: front row, all ages are $15; general admission, adults are $12; genera...l admission, kids ages 4-18 years and adults with a military/student ID are $10; and children three years and younger are free. Advance tickets are online at rcw-wrestling.com, ticketmaster.com, or ticketweb.com. Advance tickets are cheaper than those sold at the door with group discounts also available.

VIP passes are also available, and are as follows: $25 for front row, $20 general admission adults and $18 general admission kids or military/student ID. San Antonio's Most Unwanted (comprised of Joey "Super Shot" Spector, Pink, Nemesis, Major Mike and Chris Sifuentes) were successul in their title defense against Flash and Darci on April 2 when special guest referee Gorgeous George revealed her true colors and joined The Unwanted. A rematch was instantly made for RCW's flagship event on May 7, but with one stipulation... a Fan Lumberjack Strap Match! Fans will be chosen at random through a raffle to serve as lumberjacks armed with straps! The cost of each raffle ticket is $3. Spector is known for this type of match as the amount of brutality he absorbs is staggering. With others around him, will the numbers game once again prove The Unwanted successful? Or will Flash make history again by claiming another championship along with her student Darci?

Girard St. Christopher and Ann Dromeda (competing as "Delicious" Don Juan for one night only) had an early Match of the Year candidate on April 2 as they put on a wrestling clinic while battling for the RCW Championship. After St. Christopher defeated Don Juan, "The Beantown Brawler" offered a handshake as a show of respect but was quickly dismissed as The Texas Treat made his frustrations abundantly clear. At Texas Explosion VI, they must compete as a unit against a team that craves brutality and borders on insanity. Ray Rowe is a man with an incredible killer instinct and has been dismantling the competition, feeling the RCW Championship within his grasp. Muerte is a massive man, 300-pounds and engulfs himself in psychological warfare. With co-commissioner Ray The Voice as his manager, Muerte has destroyed his opponents. St. Christopher and Ann Dromeda must function as a team if they stand a chance against the mass of humanity.
