Alex Riley acquitted of driving under the influence load

June 19, 2011-11: 42: 36 talent AM WWE Alex Riley has been cleared of the charges of driving under the influence in Tampa, Florida, in November 2010, TMZ.com reports.

Their lawyers were before a judge earlier this month and held that the police had probable cause to stop trafficking which led to the detention of his client. The judge agreed, making that field sobriety and test observations of the officer on inadmissible Riley.

Riley was arrested in Tampa, Florida, on November 17, 2010 at 1: 14 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence, after refusing to be tested. He was released at 9: 33 hours in a $500 bonus. Riley was also charged with driving with a suspended license.
