Morpheus-thirty day challenge: part III (on 11-15)
The 9 of June of 2011 - day eleven:
All time favorite heel

Rowdy Roddy Piper
Is there really any other valid answer to this question? I thought a lot about (no glacier) with Jake Roberts here, because their psychology sick and ability to play mind games put the rest. It was really very ahead of his time. However, at the end of the day, really is no one that I never liked best as a heel to Piper. It was simply a master when it comes to getting the answer he wanted, and was a kind of take-no-prisoners and extracción-no - boy blows, which made him more intriguing.
Much of fighters in the 1980s a character of one kind or another, with most of them are at the top. Hogan was leader as the standard bearer, and has always been a human cartoon, many of the wrestlers at that time followed in a similar way. Roddy Piper always stood out for me because not play that game and try to be a character. It was there and said what pleased to well dammit, and noticed that it strongly believed every word that came from his mouth, no matter how insignificant it might.
Piper was absolutely, beyond any shadow of doubt, the heel by excellence, and many that have followed have taken little bits and pieces of Roddy do who are. Without him, heels and wrestling as a whole would not be what it is today. Thanks again, Roddy, to make a fan of permanent struggle of this type.
Honorable mentions: Triple H (of course), Shawn Michaels, Jake "the snake" Roberts
__________________________________________A song by my favorite band
"Handful of rain" by Savatage
This was much more difficult than I thought it would be. There are a handful of bands that could easily compete for the ranking of my absolute favorite, and every month the top slot changes of back and forth between them. But as much as I love Edguy, Iced Earth, and Dream Theater, if you look objectively at 15 years of my life, really there only a possible option for favorite band, and is the epic glory that is Savatage.
The public, Savatage may not be as widely known as it should be, but well known to other musicians, and a lot of Metal bands has catalogued them as a strong influence. One of the true pioneers of progressive Metal, Savatage kicks of almost 30 years, and they have some of the best songs I've heard. Many of you may have heard of the band Trans-Siberian Orchestra, which is very popular in Christmas time with their touring and albums of Christmas. What you probably don't know is Trans-Siberian Orchestra is really Savatage with guest singers. Things truly impressive.
I chose this song because it is one of my favorites. I recommend looking for others too, but this gives a good idea of how hard these guys can rock. However, one thing that I do not recommend driving while playing the song. I got married with tab to go 88 in an area of 55, and had no idea that was still accelerating. Is screwed up Metal!
Honorable mentions: "of Dante" by land with ice, "The tears of a Mandrake" by Edguy, "A change of seasons" by Dream Theater
The 10 June 2011 - day twelve:All time worst promo
Matt Hardy - the angelic Diablo
Well, I am sure that everyone is aware now of my distaste for a Matt Hardy. Much is not what I really want to say here, because I believe promotional video to speaks volumes for itself. To give you the background, this was once Matt had been sacked for airing his dirty laundry on the internet when Lita was bitch edge behind the back of Matt. He recorded this promotion and a few others, in an attempt to reinvent itself (like do apparently;) (I think that we are Matt Hardy V. 17 for now... and they all suck) in a new direction, supposedly badass. Unfortunately, what we achieved was this instead.
Seriously dude must audition for Spanish telenovelas.
Honorable mentions: Owen Hart @ Royal Rumble 1994 ("you are also cursed seafood, Bret, and why they kicked outta tu… leg… leg"), promo that Jumpin' Jeff farmer Hustle posted, any again well Matt and Jeff Hardy are mic time
__________________________________________A song by a band that I hate
"Screaming infidelities" by Dashboard Confessional
Where do I start here? First of all, Emo music is an abomination against God, nature and the science of everything at the same time. All these whores preadolescent whiny combing the hair more one eye and crying in their sweaters about how difficult life is just to make me want to take a welder to all and each of their cerebellums. Emo began to be popular with these socially inept and basically useless people a few years ago now and at the forefront of that wave of popularity was the band and especially this song.
Now, what you have to understand here is that when this became popular, Depressional of Assboard, as I prefer to call, had much air time on radio and MTV and such. I remember very clearly seeing this guy singing in some studio show live on MTV and surrounded by a crowd shouts of barely adolescent girls who had the Beatles-esque to the presence of this shit skinny reactions.
And you get where this is disturbing. Here is a friend in his early thirties singing a song sobre extended to an audience of just old enough for the girls training bras. Do I am the only one who considers a level creeper pedobear bullshit? Guy is necessary to register in my neighborhood. Fuck Emo as a genre, Dashboard Confessional as a band fuck and fuck this song as affront to my senses.
Honorable mentions: "Goodbye Earl" by the Dixie Chicks, "Down" by 311, "Bananas" of Gwen Stefani
