The Orlando Sentinel reports that a judge in Sanford, Florida has been temporarily ordained Jerome Young, known as New Jack to stop selling nude photographs of the former couple Terri Runnels.

Former WWE Diva filed a lawsuit against Young on 8 August, accusing him of libel for publishing comments on Facebook about his appetite for alcohol and pain medication after his recent break-up. The lawsuit also alleges that he has slandered him by accusing it of State associated to sexually transmitted diseases.

Runnels also asked Judge Linda Schoonover circuit permanently prohibit Young distribute sexually explicit photographs of her. The judge issued a temporary ban on Friday and set a hearing on the situation on August 24.

Young told the newspaper last week that took the photo with your cell phone, that belong to it and must be free to distribute them to who you want.

Young said that "someone send nude photos, this is not a crime".

Also said that he did not disseminate any false information about Cody.
