Daily local covers history Matt Hardy, Hardy says police 'all is well'
-The outside North Carolina Fayetteville Observer published the following article on Matt Hardy this morning:
Carthage - former wrestler Matt Hardy led about 30 calls to 911 dispatchers Moore County final Tuesday when he issued ominous messages in social media that led to the fans who feared that he planned to commit suicide.
Hardy, a former member of the famous Hardy Boyz wrestling team, and a prolific voice in social media published a video on YouTube titled "Goodbye" around 22: 30 on Tuesday.
The video contains simple scrollable text and the message:
"My time here is almost complete, I have a few hours & minutes, all you have loved".
Within an hour of video they posted and linked on the site of social networks Twitter, Moore County sheriff deputies received calls 25 to 30 asking police check in 36 years at his home in block 300 boys camp road in Cameron, said Captain Henry Marion with the Office of the sheriff.
But when Marion and another Member presented in house of Hardy, he said, had no problems.
"I shook his hand," said Marion, "and told me that all is well."
Obvious deception drew immediate reaction from public on Twitter and YouTube.
A soldier from North Carolina highway patrol arrested Matt Hardy on August 20 by a charge of driving impairment when he crashed his 2009 Chevrolet Corvette into a tree in Moore County.
Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, the company Matt and Jeff Hardy worked during the most recently fired Matt Hardy after his arrest last week.
