Spoilers on John Cena and The Rock Survivor Series Team for the 2011 PPV event at Madison Square Garden in November.

Last week, it was announced that John Cena and The Rock tag team at this year’s 2011 Survivor Series PPV together as a team in a 5-on-5 Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match.

Who will be the members of the Survivor Series team?

Now according to backstage sources, current plans for members of the John Cena and The Rock Survivor Series Team will include CM Punk, Sheamus and another WWE superstar to be decided.

There are rumors that this final team member will be none other than Hardcore Legend Mick Foley aka Mankind/Cactus Jack.

Back in June, the former WWE Champion left rival promotion TNA Wrestling and has been openly speaking about a return to the WWE.

Who will be opponents of the John Cena and The Rock Survivor Series Team?

This year WWE Survivor Series 2011 PPV is expected to be one of the largest in recent years, with Vince Mcmahon planning to make the event a showcase for corporate sponsors.

Sources also confirm that current plans are for The Rock and John Cena Survivor Series Team to battle against the team of Alberto Del Rio, The Miz, R-Truth and two other WWE Superstars to be decided.

To promote this year’s Survivor Series, the Rock is planned to appear on more than one Monday Night RAW Supershow Episode before his eventual return to pay-per-view in Novemeber.

Meanwhile, the latest word among WWE management is that the idea of ??a Best Of Three Series between John Cena and The Rock has already fallen out of favor and maybe dropped.

Previously there were talks of the Rock vs John Cena Wrestlemania 28 match being followed up by another two rematches at Extreme Rules 2012 and Summoerslam 2012 PPVs.

With regards to the Rock in ring return, WWE officials are very confident that the People Champion wrestling at Survivor Series will not affect the hype around the match with John Cena next April. In fact, senior management believe it will increase the build up to the Wrestlemania 28 main event.
