– According to MMA Junkie, Bobby Lashley (6-1) has agreed to fight Dave Huckaba (16-4) at Shark Fights 21 for the promotion’s heavyweight title. Contracts are in place, and should be finalized shortly. Shark Fights 21 takes place Nov. 11 at Fair Park Coliseum in Lubbock, Texas and will air December 23rd on FUEL TV.

- Hulk Hogan said in media interviews today to promote Bound For Glory that Bobby Roode vs. Kurt Angle will be the main event but his match with Sting is the "icing on the cake." Sting said this past weekend at the Hogan & Friends event that he and Sting would close the show with a brawl after the main event.

- Dixie Carter wrote on Twitter today that she will indeed be at Bound For Glory this Sunday:

"I’m excited to say I WILL be in Philly on Sunday for Bound For Glory, no matter what happens. Thanks to EVERYONE for your support"

- The Wrestling Observer reports that WWE shipped 279,000 DVD units in August, up from 257,000 in August of 2010. Their website had 11.6 million unique visitors in August, down from 13.7 million in August of 2010. WWE’s shop website averaged 1,097 orders per day in August, up big time from the 700 per day in August of 2010.

- TNA star Eric Young noted on Twitter that he’s now attending acting classes. He said a “new chapter of my life is under way”.

- James Maritato aka ECW original Little Guido/Nunzio was released at the end of last week from his WWE referee role. No reason has been revealed, so it may simply have been a cost cutting measure.

- Rey Mysterio’s future may be limited with the WWE following his latest injury setback. The Lucha star nearly didn’t re-sign his second from last contract because the company was lowering his pay due to injury fears.

The one positive is that his merchandise is a consistent seller, even when he is injured.

It should be noted that personal cell phones, video cameras and computers are not allowed to be carried inside rehab by patients. That is the reason Matt is not able to tweet. It appears as though Reby Sky will be providing the updates over the next few months.

Batista, who has not posted on Twitter since July 31, posted an update on his whereabouts this afternoon. Items of note are as follows:

* After undergoing back surgery, he has started lifting weights again and has increased his weight to 270 pounds.

* He has "no plans of going back to wrestling or wrestling for any other promotion."

* Regarding mixed martial arts, Batista said, "If Bellator is serious then I would love to get that fight in!!"

* Regarding Mason Ryan, who bares a striking resemblance to the former WWE Superstar, he said, "I'm tired of getting asked about Mason Ryan."

* Presumably addressing WWE's recent termination of Melina Perez, who Batista once had a physical relationship with, he said, "I have no idea why WWE released their hottest Diva."

He had an MRI done this week and pointed out that another had one yesterday on Twitter, which apparently was not part of the story after all. The word on Monday was that the King was not going to do a surgery on his knee, but after the coup in premiums, could end up having surgery rather than go through the rehabilitation.

- As you pointed out yesterday, WWE renewed the SummerSlam card on Monday after deciding that their creative plans for CM Punk at the event are "horrible". This caused Alberto del Rio to remove the image from the WWE title once more.

The River is still scheduled to be WWE champion sometime in the near future. The reserve situation indicate that John Cena vs the Rio by the belt is scheduled for September, but that could always change.

Dear why WWE part of del Rio as the WWE champion at SummerSlam is the Los Angeles market and hope that could take out of the Latino community. There was also a long-term plan of the River being Championship when WWE returns to Mexico in October with the idea that the would be the first Mexican to keep a WWE title in Mexico, while they were recording TV there for the first time. The river that goes back to Mexico as WWE champion is seen as a way to broaden the base in what today is the strongest fan company market.

Last year's Edition of the extreme rules 2010 belongs could still reach 182 000 buys, which is why WWE officials said are not too happy about these figures be.

The key WWE extreme rules 2011 games count John Cena vs. John Morrison vs. the Miz steel cage match for the WWE title and Christian vs. Alberto del Rio ladder match for the world title.

Hulk Hogan threatens lawsuit against Ultimate Warrior after the latest claims

On June 8, 2011-3: 40: 24 PM TMZ.com reports that Hulk Hogan threatens to file a lawsuit against former WWE Guerrero (a/k/a Ultimate Warrior) talent for alleged defamation.

The founding father of intensity of life published a seven-minute video on Tuesday, saying, among other things, that Hogan was a user of cocaine that had an open marriage and encouraged the ex-wife Linda to enjoy sexual relations with other wrestlers.

Hogan, said that the allegation of drug use was "a blatant lie". As for your claim of Linda, he said, "none of this ever happened." "This guy is out of his mind."

Hogan said "tried to ignore" warrior, but now plans to file a lawsuit against The Ultimate One to prevent him from "under the sewage".
