There was also a long-term plan of the River being Championship when WWE returns to Mexico in October with the idea that the would be the first Mexican to keep a WWE title in Mexico, while they were recording TV there for the first time. The river that goes back to Mexico as WWE champion is seen as a way to broaden the base in what today is the strongest fan company market.
