On July 17, 2011 - 11: 23: 46 AM - WWE apparently is having trouble registering the name of "Sin face", apparently because not to start the process in the right way. WWE applies for a brand of sin face back in February, but the USPTO responded to the request, said WWE needed to clarify or not the mark is applied to a living person.
WWE responded to by saying that the name does not represent an individual's life, but it represents a name that is owned by WWE. The USPTO needs WWE present consent in writing of sin face himself name brands. WWE has 6 months of follow-up.

On June 8, 2011 - 7: 41: 12 PM - the decision not to sign Tommy Dreamer to a new contract was surprised many people in TNA. At one point, dreamer apparently had a decent amount of power of the Office and speaking as someone who could work as an agent or help with creative.
-Now there are a lot of creative problems within TNA. The contingent of Hulk Hogan & Eric Bischoff openly complains about the writing of Vince Russo. He is also frustrated with Russo, Jeff Jarrett after years of defending his work said. The feeling is that Russo is virtually locked in place because Dixie Carter feels a loyalty to him.
-TNA goes with the idea right now to raise the gunner, Crimson and Robert Roode to the first places in the company.

Dean Malenko Recalls Nearly Being Killed By A Heart Attack, Talks WCW Problems
One of the greatest technical wrestlers to ever step foot inside the squared circle, Dean Malenko made his mark in the wrestling industry. Retired since 2001, "The Man of 1,000 Holds" talked to WWE.com about his storied career and what he's up to today. However, he says he was very close to not being here today.
"I had about a 30-minute window to get to the hospital or I wouldn't be having this conversation with you."
Malenko recalled the day in late November last year when a heart attack nearly killed him. It happened suddenly in the early morning.
He says he was sweating profusely and losing consciousness as his friends rushed him to the hospital. He discovered that he had 100 percent blockage in his main artery.
"They call it the 'widow maker,'" Malenko said. "It's actually what John Ritter died of."
Malenko says he was dead for three minutes before resuscitation and defibrillators pulled him back. However, he's not complaining. He looks at the situation like this: "I now get a second opportunity at life."
WWE also chronicles Malenko's journey through wrestling, which dates back to his childhood. He recalls his early days in the industry, through his time in World Championship Wrestling. He said WCW 'became a nightmare', but for the first two or three years 'it was good'.
"That's when they took a bunch of guys like Psicosis, Juventud [Guerrera] and Billy Kidman and put them in the cruiserweight division and it was fast-paced action. For the American audiences, it was like, 'Wow'," he said.
He feels his time in the promotion became awry in late 1998 due to backstage politics. He names two wrestlers in particular for causing him to be disenchanted with the industry.
"Once guys like Scott Hall and Kevin Nash ran roughshod over the business, it was not fun anymore," Malenko said. "I saw myself and my comrades around me that loved this business more than anything become very disenchanted. It made it a struggle to go to work."

Brock Lesnar's Health Problems Return: Surgery Needed, Won't Fight Next Month

May 12, 2011 - 5:28:50 PM UFC president Dana White held a conference call on Thursday to announce some "major news" - Brock Lesnar's ongoing health problems with diverticulitis have returned and he is being forced to pull out of his upcoming fight.
Lesnar had been scheduled to fight Junior Dos Santos in a #1 contenders match at UFC 131 on June 11th, but is unable to compete. He will be replaced by former #1 contender Shane Carwin.
Lesnar spoke out about his future in MMA during the media event - saying he might be forced to undergo "life changing surgery" in the near future.
Despite this news, Brock Lesnar refuses to stop fighting and vows to return to the cage once again:
"I'm not retiring. This isn't the end of my fight career. I believe there's a solution to every problem. This isn't the end of Brock Lesnar. This is a speed bump in the road."
Lesnar is being treated once again at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota - the same facility that treated him back in 2009 when he first battled diverticulitis and nearly lost his life in the process. He insists this most recent bout with the stomach illness is not as serious as last time - but it was preventing him from training for the Dos Santos fight and he was forced to pull out.

"We have ran into some technical issues with our WWE All Stars downloadable content for Xbox 360 that will unfortunately delay its release past our initially communicated timing of on or before April 19. As is the case with the game development process and subsequent launch of downloadable content, there are unexpected technical variables that can often impact a release date, and unfortunately, we have been hit by one. This delay impacts the pre-order Million Dollar Pack (“The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase and his son, Ted DiBiase), Honky Tonk Man free playable character for everyone and the American Dream Pack featuring Dusty Rhodes and his son, Cody Rhodes. We are fully aware of our initial intent to deliver the content by this time frame and sincerely apologize for this delay, as well as the unforeseen miscommunication of our plans.
Our development team is working hard to remedy the situation, and we are hopeful the content will be released as soon as possible for Xbox 360 users. - A number of fans had problems ordering Wrestlemania with the touch button system, and had to phone in and be put on hold instead. It’s unsure if WWE lost a significant number of buys because of this.

- It’s worth noting that WWE’s 71,617 “attendance record” last night at the Georgia Dome was for an “entertainment” event. The overall record was 75,892 for the 2008 SEC Championship Game in football.
This was also WWE’s number. They may have inflated it.
