WWE have problems face Sin Trademarking name

On July 17, 2011 - 11: 23: 46 AM - WWE apparently is having trouble registering the name of "Sin face", apparently because not to start the process in the right way. WWE applies for a brand of sin face back in February, but the USPTO responded to the request, said WWE needed to clarify or not the mark is applied to a living person.

WWE responded to by saying that the name does not represent an individual's life, but it represents a name that is owned by WWE. The USPTO needs WWE present consent in writing of sin face himself name brands. WWE has 6 months of follow-up.
