In Your Head Radio with Tara
Hosts: Jack and Oneinchbiceps
Recap by Taso the Greek
Show available at IYHWrestling.com

Tara (a/k/a Victoria) joins the IYH hosts for the second part of the show. Tara calls out Jack and Inchman about being their favorite Knockout, and talks about her trainer Rob Conway and his metro sexual ways.

Tara talks about her match with Sojo Bolt, her first friend in TNA, and their match to benefit animal rescue upcoming for Remix Wrestling in Ohio. Tara said that Sojo was a great friend in TNA but she was gone way too soon, but now her new friend in TNA is Miss Tessmacher, Brooke Adams. Tara talked about how she gets along great with Tessmacher, and brings up her skill and the fact that she was trained as a wrestler in WWE. Tara said that Tessmacher has the best ass in the business. She went on to say Tessmacher works out four hours a day in order to look that good, though.

Jack asked about the importance of looking good as opposed to being a good wrestler. Tara explained that you need to have both to succeed. She said that the best wrestlers do not get TV time and she experienced this in WWE. She went on to talk about the differences between WWE and Impact Wrestling when she first got to TNA. It was different and refreshing to her to see that wrestling was more important than good looks. The women get as much air time in the ring as they want as well, another difference from WWE. "Walking on egg shells" was another way she put it, her time spent in WWE compared to being in TNA.

Tara and the hosts talked about the main event between Gail Kim and Awesome Kong, and also her main event cage match against Mickie James. She talked about first meeting Awesome Kong. She mentioned that she has not been used a lot recently on TV with Tessmacher as Women's Tag Champs, but she had no problem going to her bosses and explaining to them that she wants to be a fighting champion. Another difference between TNA and WWE is that you can go to your bosses and tell them how you feel.

Tara talked about the PWI 50 and how it is important to her to be number one on that list. If you are in the wrestling business, you should be trying to be #1 on that list until the day you can no longer wrestle. She hopes to wrestle for a long time.

Her dream match was to wrestle Chyna. She credits Chyna for helping her into WWE. She hoped to get a match with Chyna in TNA but it did not happen.

She would also like to wrestle Eve Torres. She practices BJJ , as does Eve, and this moves the conversation over to UFC. Tara felt that when she first talked about working in MMA she was younger and if she had jumped right in she might have been able to give it a try. But now she feels that women aren’t appreciated in the MMA world. She brings up an injury she suffered on her elbow in her cage match with Mickie James, and that was the end of any serious thought about MMA.

Tara talked about gimmick matches like ladders matches or cage matches. She felt that it was an honor to do a match like that because it meant people had faith in her to do a match like this. They are dangerous and one wrong move could end your career, so they are very scary to do.

Tara talks quickly about radio shows and radio interviews and how most interviewers don’t even know what most women wrestlers do, which she finds insulting.

More on Remix Pro wrestling: Her match against Sojo Bolt is for the #1 contendership to the title, which would mean a match against Sara Del Ray. Tara explained how huge of a match that would be for her as she felt that she would mesh very well with Sara. Also, Tommy Dreamer will be at the show and Tara talked about Tommy Dreamer’s Top 5 Crazy People in the Business list and where she is situated on that esteemed honor roll. Tara talked about Tommy and Chavo Guerrero and how you develop relationships in the business.

A caller asks what is the craziest thing Tara and Brooke Adams do? Tara mentions a Youtube video that everyone can check out of her and Brooke dancing around in a hotel room. Tara and Brooke will break out in song and dance almost anywhere, which sometimes freaks people out. She mentions that she is a huge Vampire Diaries and Twilight fan. She also said she is a huge Twitter fan as well. She talked about how she rescues dogs as well, and mentioned how crazy wrestlers are in general.

Steve Austin: I Could Wrestle A Full-Time Schedule, CM Punk & More

Steve Austin: I Could Wrestle A Full-Time Schedule, CM Punk & More

Source: XFinity

Steve Austin recently spoke with Xfinity, promoting Tough Enough, here are the highlights:

On CM Punk: I really like C.M. Punk. I think he's one of the top workers in the ring. I love his promos. I love his style. There's no smoke and mirrors. I like the straight-edge lifestyle stuff he does. You want to start pairing that against the beer-guzzling "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, I think you'd have an interesting feud to say the least. He would push me to the limits, I would teach that kid a thing or two, and there would be some wonderful promos going back and forth. I like him a lot.

On Getting In The Ring On Tough Enough: One of the kids was pretty mechanically inclined, so I got in there with him?and shoot, I guess that means I haven't been in the ring in seven or eight years?but I took a few bumps from him, gave him a few bumps, it was a lot of fun. I think if we do it again, I think I'll be even more active and get in the ring a lot more.

On A Possible Return: I could still, you know if I was in a bad situation, I could still get two years out of my carcass on a full-time basis." He then added, " But I'm happy where I'm at. And in ten or twenty years I still want to be doing the things I'm doing with my hunting and fishing. I want to continue to do that in a pain-free fashion. And right now I'm living a pretty pain-free lifestyle.

On WWE's Roster: They're pretty thin on talent, they've had some injuries. They've brought the Rock in to host it. They brought me back. I didn't know if the Undertaker was going to make it, he's had some injuries. Triple H is getting back in the ring. Until they brought all those players out they had a lot of green guys.

John Cena Says He'll Do Anything To Wrestle The Rock
By Michael Bluth
Mar 24, 2011 - 3:16:46 PM During an interview with Associated Press sports writer Dan Gelston, RAW superstar John Cena talked about how badly he wants to wrestle The Rock and what his return to WWE means to the overall WWE product.

When asked about when we'll see him get a shot at The Rock, Cena said, "I have been willing to do anything for that match. I will do anything for that match. If I have to talk more trash about The Rock, I’m your guy."

?Cena also praised the impact The Rock's recent return has had on the company.

"I can’t tell you how much it plugs our product back in,” he said. “It’s like getting hooked up to defibrillators. It’s the one little jump-start we needed."

Cena put over WrestleMania, saying “WWE will always be the greatest show you’ll ever see.”

John Cena Says He Wants To Wrestle The Rock "Many, Many Times"
By Michael Bluth
Mar 19, 2011 - 9:14:23 AM RAW superstar John Cena was recently interviewed by Anthony Castellano of Newsday.com and spoke about his current feud with The Rock.

"The fact that he tried to pick a fight with the toughest guy in the place, that's kind of his style," Cena said. "But you know me, I don't back down from anyone. I think it's going to make some good television."

So far The Rock is only committed to be the host of WrestleMania, but Cena wants to face The Great One in the ring, and not just once either.

"He's supposed to host. That's all I know. When he came back on that first night he said he was back for good. I can only hope that's the truth because I would certainly like to have many, many matches with him."

Cena also commented on the possibility of trying to end The Undertaker's WrestleMania streak in the future if Triple H is unable to do so this year. While a Cena-Undertaker WrestleMania match is something a lot of people want to see, Cena doesn't sound interested.

"Nooooo, he just doesn't lose. That's not a profitable night for anyone."

The Rock Says He Will Wrestle Again & Kicking Ass Is Good For His Soul

The Rock Says He Will Wrestle Again & Kicking Ass Is Good For His Soul

Prior to his WWE return last month, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson had stated publicly in several interviews that his in-ring career was likely forever. Fast forward to 2011's red-hot feud with John Cena and The Great One appears to have changed his tune.

The Rock is on the cover of the latest issue of WWE Magazine and tells them he's ready to throw down in the ring once again.

When asked how many of his old ring outfits he still has, Rock said, "I still own it all. It's still with me in my house. It was never going away because I knew I would one day use it again."

That sounds like he's talking about wrestling again, so The Rock was asked, "So does that mean you're coming back to fight as well?"

He responded,"Making movies is something that I love to do, and I know that it brings a lot of people joy, which in turn brings me and my soul great gratification. Being in the ring and entertaining the audience and kicking ass physically brings me and my soul great gratification as well. I can guarantee that I can always do both."
