WWE star Alex Riley - off hook for DUI

Alex Riley has a big WWE match with the Miz on Sunday, but he will fight with one less thing to worry about - not is he for drive under calculated on the basis of an arrest warrant last year.

As TMZ first reported, Riley was for FL drive breaks under the influence in Tampa, back November 2010 to 17. He was booked in a local jail and finally released on $500 bond.

But Riley lawyers went earlier this month before a judge, arguing that the police had no probable cause for driving traffic. The judge agreed the field test, rendering sobriety and the officer observations (the smell of alcohol is searched) inadmissible.
