- Neither Tyson Tomko himself nor anybody else has posted bail following his arrest 8 days ago. He remains incarcerated in St. Johns County, Florida on the charge of robbing 210 tablets of Oxycodone from a CVS Pharmacy. He was caught shooting up in restaurant toilet.

Tomko would have made a fair amount of money during his WWE run, so if he can’t make bail it unfortunately might mean he’s now broke.

- Hulk Hogan posted the following on Twitter suggesting the news that he nixed Bobby Roode’s title win against Angle may be part of a larger storyline:
“Goodmorning HULKAMANIACS,can’t wait for all the Rood fans that turned to haters to see the big picture,thank God we still have real marks HH”

- THQ hired TNA X Division Champion Austin Aries, before TNA re-signed him, to do voice-over work for a character in the WWE 12 Road To Wrestleman mode called Jacob Cass.

The revamped mode runs for 18 months and features two Wrestlemania events.

Tara, who is not used to being left off TNA Wrestling’s major events, expressed her disappointment with being left off Bound for Glory.

“It’s the biggest event of the year, and I’ll be honest, I’m not used to not being a participant or at least at Fan Fest. But it is going to be a good show and I wish I was on the card,” Tara told SLAM! Wrestling last Thursday. “I know I’m disappointing a lot of fans who are not getting their Tara fix.”

Tara is glad to be paired with Brooke Tessmacher, who she won the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship with in July.

“She is green,” Tara said of her tag team partner. “I get along with her and we became really good friends. I think they saw that and said, ‘We want to use her more on TV. What better way than to team her with somebody who can teach her a little bit.’ I think it backfired on them, because we’re both a little crazy. When there are people talking to us, it’s hard for us to not goof off and be loud. I think we both have good chemistry with each other. We’re good friends, so it’s nice to work with somebody you like.”

TNA recently appointed Bruce Prichard as Senior Vice President Programming and Talent Relations. She hopes this leads to more television time for herself since she’s been used “twice” on television in the last few months.

“I know him very well. I get along with both Vince Russo and Bruce. I’ll be honest, it doesn’t really matter. I just hope Bruce uses me more. I’ve worked in the last couple of months twice on TV,” said Tara.

“I hope Brooke Tessmacher and myself, we’re tag champs, we won these to defend them, not to be jewelry, not like our earrings, you know what I mean? Not to look good, we want to defend them and wrestle. We thought it would get us more wrestling opportunities. I’m hoping that Bruce considers that.”

- This week’s episode of Impact Wrestling on Spike TV drew a 1.14 rating.

- WWE star Daniel Bryan will be appearing on A&E’s “Disaster Guy” today at at Noon ET. The show focuses on Steve Frasher, who has spent a lifetime rebuilding houses that the elements have destroyed..

Tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and fires are no match for Steve.

- Steve Austin shared his thoughts on John Cena during a recent interview with the UK Daily Star:
“When I look at that company right now, John Cena is the guy who anchors it all. Some people get mad because they feel like WWE shove it down your throat, but he’s the main guy! Whether you love to hate him or you love to love him – you gotta respect him.

“I have a lot of respect for John – he’s been carrying the company for several years and he comes into work every day with a smile on his face and does all the promotional work and never complains.

“If you’re going to have him chase you must have a heel worthy of chasing – no disrespect to Del Rio – but Cena is so far higher up on that ladder. Unless you give him a viable heel to chase he should have the belt.

“I tell you John Cena has had some great matches with some great guys – sometimes his body of work gets overlooked, the guy has proven himself over and over again. I call a spade a spade and John has done a tremendous job and he’s got a few years left yet. He’ll keep riding that lightening bolt.

“All those young guys do not have the experience, have not had the maturation process – if I was new guy in that company I’d be charging forward trying to take the bull by the horns.”

“Bullying is not a rite of passage and no child should be afraid to go to school. An unsafe school environment, including one made unsafe by daily bullying and harassment, leads to increased absences and decreased graduation rates,” she told Congress.

- Steve Austin rocks a Zack Ryder Broski headband on Twitter:

- Ric Flair raised a few eyebrows at the recent Gregory Helms benefit night by taking shot at TNA’s ratings. He made the joke that Mick Foley’s victory over him in TNA doesn’t count because nobody watches it.

Helms raised close to $5,500 from the evening, which featured stand-up comedy from Mick Foley and on and off from Flair. There was also a Q&A session, where Edge said he was relieved to have retired from WWE.

The event also featured TNA’s Gunner, former WCW star Lodi, ECW original C.W. Anderson and Reby Sky (Matt Hardy’s girlfriend).

- Chris Masters has launched a new website at TheMasterLock.com, where he will be debuting an Internet series entitled “The Masterpiece Theater.”

- Rock band “If I Had a Hi Fi” which has a song playing off a 1983 feud between Harely Race and Ric Flair entitled “Somebody Take the Damn Money,” has been forced to alter the tract due to violating WWE copyright. The song features clips from Harely Race’s promo where he put up a $25,000 bounty for anyone who could take out Ric Flair. This is part of WWE’s extensive tape library.

- Steve Austin continued his praise of CM Punk during a recent interview with the UK Sun newspaper. He said: “I think (CM) Punk is a great guy. I’d say he looks up to me for what I did in the ring back in the day, and I look up to him for what he is doing now. I’d say it’s a case of mutual respect. I hear the stories and if the stars aligned and all things worked out to benefit us all, the WWE, myself and Punk, I’d say that he is the guy I’d pick to face.”

- Rey Mysterio noted earlier on Twitter that he may need more surgery on his knee before returning:
“Might need surgery #2 on my knee this week, need to go back in & reinforce the pcl ( Posterior ligament) Shouldn’t b bad,hopefully!1 luv 619?.

Rey has been out since August when he blew his knee while attempting a baseball slide against Alberto Del Rio.

- The Rock’s father Rocky Johnson recently spoke with The Miami Herald about his son. Here are some of the highlights:

The Rock working with WWE again:
“He went out a champion, [and] it’s in his blood. It was in his grandfather’s blood. It’s in my blood. He is never going to get rid of it. Once you get into this business it stays with you through your whole life — whether it’s wrestling or being a manager or an agent. I’ve been in it for more than 30 years. It’s what he wants. I wouldn’t want him to do it on a full-time basis though. I told him, ‘You go back once or twice a year, or once every couple of years, because it’s in your system.’”

The Rock inducting him into the 2008 Hall of Fame:
“That meant more than anything in all the years that I put into professional wrestling. It was the culmination of everything. Now I look forward to inducting him one day into the Hall of Fame.”

The Rock possibly going into the Hall of Fame next year:
“I’m not going to be the judge of that. Eventually he will be… I think he needs to be inducted in, but I don’t make that decision. We all live in Florida so I think it would be the perfect place. Though, again, I don’t make that decision.”

The WrestleMania 28 match against John Cena:
“With John Cena and The Rock, I think is strictly business. There is nothing personal. John Cena is a fantastic wrestler who has proven himself and has been world champion. I think it will probably be the greatest match in history. It will be two great athletes going against each other. I am always going to say Rock will come out,” Johnson said. “He is my son. I’m not going to bet against him.”

WWE has changed, it was a lot edgier in my day, but things do move on and that was my time I guess."

"It's fun being closer to wrestling again. I loved Tough Enough and hear there may be a second series. If a few other things get ironed out in the company first, I'd say it's a good 95 per cent guaranteed. My Involvement was a lot more hands on than I expected and I enjoyed that. Wrestling is part of my system. I don't miss the bumps, the travel grind or the pain, but I do enjoy it when I get back and feel the rush of being in front of a crowd."

Thoughts on Sting vs. Hulk Hogan & John Cena vs. The Rock:
"A year-long build is something no one has ever done so Cena v Rock will be very interesting. Rock is doing his thing in Hollywood so can't make every taping, plus you can't overdo these things. WWE are doing their part and keeping it moving along, but there is still a long time until the pay-off."

"I'll be honest, I hadn't heard about Hogan v Sting. That will be interesting too, I mean Hogan had back surgery didn't he? They are both great guys. I'm a fan of Sting's and he can still go with the best of them. I know Hogan well and he still has it when he needs it. It will be a very interesting night at the office that one and I will most certainly be watching Bound For Glory to see how it works out."

"I get annoyed when people say that such and such should retire, or they shouldn't compete due to injury or age. I know how it works and many of these guys find it hard to stay out of the ring. Hogan, for example, was put on this world to be there. There may often be money involved when guys step back in the ring, but it's more about their need to be there than the financial rewards. The other thing is that there are so few people coming up through the ranks who can match the success of guys like Hulk, Flair, Sting or myself. Cena may be the only one who has reached that level — I've yet to see another hit that peak yet."

Steve Austin habló con Power Slam mag para promocionar su última película, Tactical Force. Stone Cold nunca fue una jodienda en el ring, almenos no en su run en wwE...pero ha sido de los mejores en el mic en la historia del wrestling, desde su tiempo en NWA/WCW,su legenadaria promo anti-WCW en ECW y por supuesto wwE.

Orton al igual q Beto parecen robots dando sus promos, se nota de lejos q estan siguiendo un libreto y no han aprendido a disfrazar ese hecho. No se ven naturales como Punk,Jericho,Edge,Cena,etc. Diablos! hasta Henry con sus promos limitadas se ve muuuuucho mas creible!

One idea for original programming on the planned WWE Network is to give the Big Show and his wife a cooking show. Here is WWE’s mock-up concept:

How do you handle a hungry man? Just ask Bess Wight. Her husband is Paul “The Big Show” Wight, WWE Superstar and the world’s largest athlete! “Show” is seven feet tall and 425 pounds!

Bess is bodacious, beautiful, and one big time cook! And if you think The Big Show is tough, you haven’t met his wife! Bess and Show are about to give viewers an all-access pass into the controlled chaos that is their kitchen.

You’ll meet their friends, their families, and even some of Big Show’s fellow WWE Superstars; you never know who will stop by their house to whip up something delicious! Once you see this larger than life couple in the kitchen, we know you’ll be hungry for more!

- Former TNA Knockout and WCW star Daffney recently pleaded no-contest to a DUI charge and property damage charge. She was sentenced to 12 months probation and a restitution charge of $1,080.00. She will also have to attend a drive responsible course.

- Steve Austin had some constructive criticism for Randy Orton during an interview with the UK’s Power Slam magazine. He said:
“I’m interested to see where Randy Orton goes next. His promos need work, and right now, he’s a little one-dimensional. The crowds are digging him, but there’s still another step on the ladder for him to climb to.”

Orton responded on Twitter:
“Austin is right, there is still room for me to move up the ladder. And I will. Watch me.”

On the other hand he called CM Punk a star:
“Well, I love CM Punk. That guy is already a star, and he’s just breathed a much-needed breath of fresh air into the wrestling business,” Austin said. “He’s been working for over ten years. I’m a big fan of his—love his skills, love his promos.”

“Awww, man. Look, I’ll tell you this much: If I was going to do anything in WWE, I’d do something with Punk,” he responded.

“Like I said, I love what he’s doing, and there’s a lot of parallels. I’m not saying it’s definitely going to happen, but if I could cherry-pick my opponent, and all the stars lined up, I’d love to work a program with him.”

- Joel Satin, the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, has reportedly left WWE.

- Tim Whistler, the son of wrestling legend Larry Zbyszko, is now training at the I Believe in Wrestling school in Florida, where Larry is a trainer at. Whistler has also been working as a ring announcer. Cody Hall, the 6-foot-8 son of Scott Hall, also trains at the school.

- Internally, the belief is that there's less than a 50% chance of Steve Austin wrestling at WrestleMania 28. Right now the plan is to build the big show from Miami around John Cena vs. The Rock and The Undertaker going for 20-0.

- WWE has hired Jim Germanakos, winner of The Biggest Loser season four, to help get the employees at WWE headquarters in Stamford to lose weight and get in better shape. Germanakos is running a multi-week program for the WWE staffers and the company has also upgraded their gym with more equipment.

The potential feud appeared as a "stronghold of dream" in WWE "All-stars" video game recent - and they are involved in a war of words on Twitter regarding what would happen if some time in the ring together.

During a recent interview to GQ.com, Punk was asked about his recent promo "fires" in RAW - and if wore you a shirt of Steve Austin at the time the promo is a sign of things to come. Punk said GQ - saying a program with Steve Austin "writes itself" and said that he "absolutely" wants to happen:

"Do many little weird things because people talk." I believe that it is no secret; I think that the more party may make any company's struggle right now is C.M. Punk vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin. I thought that since 15. I am a straight edge. I do not drink. I don't do drugs. I do not smoke.
