Randy Savage Obituary published online, WWE cancels return to Portland, more

12: 27: 23 PM - May 26, 2011 - WWE announced today that due to a programming conflict, canceled the event live SmackDown in the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon on August 20, 2011. Monday Night Raw returned to the rose garden on February 27, 2012. A release date has not been announced.

-Jake "the snake" Roberts appears in sports heroes and legends 10 Giffords Lane Staten Island, New York on July 23, 2011, from 2: 00 p.m. to 4 L 00 p.m.

-Obituary for the late Randy Savage has been online. It has a guest book to share memories and express his condolences.

In addition to his feats of wrestling, the obituary indicates that for several years each holiday season, he visited Hospital of all the children of St. Petersburg, Florida to deliver gifts to patients and participated in the concert vacation of the child George Steinbrenner for disadvantaged children in Tampa. He also recently took part as a guest celebrity judge in a fundraiser benefiting the art for autism.
